24/4/2019 23:54 | Its worthless now.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
24/4/2019 14:36 | I've managed to buy 2million at a shade below .12 pence, suggesting the quoted prices are very "soft". | acquisitor
24/4/2019 14:16 | Lemmings and mushrooms only now. | ken chung
24/4/2019 09:38 | And don't forget the (perhaps) obvious that if a share falls by 50% you need a 100% rise to get back to square 1. These have fallen from 1.2p to 0.12p, so what's the future attraction apart from deletion of the share in my monitor here! | jpuff
24/4/2019 09:29 | Nearly been wiped out completely here myself! Can't see anything for ordinary investors to get excited about. | jpuff
24/4/2019 09:17 | "So Antony gets to buy in at 0.1p instead of having to convert at 0.15p if he wanted the shares."Yes that's wrong Why is that @antony ? | nico115
24/4/2019 09:00 | I’m currently down 77% on my investment and been diluted to hell and back, it’s going to need some very good news and valuations to recover that. The chance to average down would have been very welcome but not in the open market. DC | daicaprice
24/4/2019 08:50 | The more I read the RNS the worse it appears. The convertibles had a conversion price of 0.15p. Instead we are going back to them and allowing them to convert at 0.1p. So Antony gets to buy in at 0.1p instead of having to convert at 0.15p if he wanted the shares. It would be interesting to understand the impact of not subscribing to the Portr raise and not having additional funds to invest into new opportunities as the discount is so heavy here as to blunt any potential return that can reasonably be expected on the new money. | jc2706
24/4/2019 08:21 | Happens in most Aim stocks Sign up to brokers and get involved then Good to see Directors buy | nico115
24/4/2019 08:21 | Might be a good opportunity to buy here... | genierub
24/4/2019 08:20 | Thomas Cook is a well known name but appears to be struggling financially and looking to sell various divisions/entire business. So VELA is checking into the Titanic....no guarantee that any future owner of Thomas Cook (if found) will continue with the baggage arrangements. | multibagger
24/4/2019 08:10 | It's bull. This is an inside placing prior to positive news so insiders can benefit not the whole shareholder base. I expect Portr to be a nice positive uplift to help Antony do well out of his nice placing. | jfreshfield
24/4/2019 08:04 | Antony sorry!! | nico115
24/4/2019 08:04 | Welcome to the city!At least Anthony is investing money and putting his money where his mouth is | nico115
24/4/2019 07:57 | Not really nicely said as the money reinvested is being reinvested at a 40% discount to the current mid-price. Unless the placing is open to all investors this merely looks like a 40% discount offer to select insiders, which if I were a Nomad would not exactly constitute "fair and reasonable insofar as its Shareholders are concerned". | jc2706
24/4/2019 07:39 | Nicely said Mr Laiker | solarno lopez
24/4/2019 07:38 | cl0ckw0rk0range - if you read the announcement in full you will learn that all the proceeds of the redemption AND interest is being reinvested back into Vela PLUS I am investing further. The structure by which this is being done is driven entirely by AIM rules. I hope this clarifies matters Antony Laiker Vela Technologies plc | antonyvelatech
22/4/2019 22:50 | hxxps://www.ii.co.uk Ibit moving up strongly..... | barnetpeter
17/4/2019 16:27 | Not going to take much for us to see .6p again, it’s then all down to news. DC | daicaprice
15/4/2019 16:16 | I would guess the breakup value is higher than the share price. | acquisitor |
