This is fantastic news for VEGA. the contract is in excess of £19 million and work beginning immediately. Looks very likely that next years foecasts will need to be raised.

Just topped up with 1K - seems a good opportunity now with the results due next Friday and following the recent contract win. I anticipate good in line results with a strong outlook and as a result, I would expect thiss to head back towards the 250s as we exit the silly selling season.

Obviously, the last few days reflect the turmoil in the Market. Before that, I understood that there had been a big institutional disposal trickled thru' on T trades; furthermore, prior to that the share had experienced a sizeable gain, which was no doubt taken by some investors.

Yup. PE for the current year now below 13 which seems good value IMHO given their revenue visibility.

I hope that you're right - I've always seen this as one of my flagship holdings and find it frustrating to see such retracement, for no apparent reason, after the recent progress of both share price and contract wins.

I think the Philips disposal is a drop in the ocean in comparison to the other 74% held by the rest of the institutions.

Confirmation of solid trading in early May should get the share price headed back to where it belongs.

Not looking too good here, I had hoped that we'd bottom out at 220p, but I suspect the Philips disposal may have frightened a few PIs into baling out.

I hope you're right CC - certainly I'm aware of no reasons for the drift, in fact quite the contrary.

OT, I'm also heavily into Avingtrans, who've also been thru a similar set of results and contract wins, only to see the share price stagnate.

As is so often the case with good shares, things go quite for a while and all of a sudden someone influential recognises the untapped worth and bang there is a big correction. I know that GCI are hot on this one.

Topped up last week Spaceparallax!

With the recent contract news and the expectation of a Trading Statement in early May I think VEGA's share price will have a bit of tail wind going into final results in July.

SP falling significantly on little declared SElling, presumably this means that we have a large T Sell in the background. I'd like to top-up, but the way the SP's falling, it looks to be a very sharp falling knife!
