Always seems to be the same when a share hits a previous peak. Needs to break through 250p I guess.

Am surprised to see the drift and small investors selling out. If anything, the secured income stream and recent contract win should single out this share as a solid growth/low risk opportunity IMHO.

Previously, I've seen this share surge, pause, minor retrack and then surge again. I wouldn't be surprised if we see 275p before year end.

My reading of the historical chart is that we can expect a strong rise over the coming months - the workload situation is certainly very secure and who knows, we might be due for a little more good news soon.

I'd forgotten, but am reminded by todays arrival of the 2006 report, about the 7 Sept AGM. Something to look forward to and potentially another highpoint.

Nice share price rise, albeit on the back of relatively little declared Buying - I assume that something more substantial is happening behind the scenes. Or perhaps we are about to receive further good news.

After the recent pause for breath, I anticipate another significant rise in share price soon as more potential investors become aware of the solid outlook for Vega.

It's my understanding that the Buy was a reiteration, although I'm not sure that it accounted for the RNS re the Thalse contract.

Good to see today's RNS re. the modest, but encouraging Director's spouse purchase - also, the share price appears to have retained all of its gain. Bodes well.

Last Broker Target Price was 284p (pls correct me if necessary).

Was their a Broker upgrade on Friday - or just a reiteration BUY?

Agree with comments of being undervalued. Hopefully the market will finally wake up to this share.

Agreed. The Market may take a little time to fully appreciate the significance of the Thales contract. Very undervalued.

Vega Group, which reports full-year figures today, rose 5p to 208p on winning a five-year contract worth more than Pounds 19 million with France's Thales to manage and deliver training for the Ministry of Defence's Pounds 800 million Watchkeeper unmanned air vehicle programme. The deal, Vega's biggest so far, exceeded an up-to Pounds 15 million forecast by Bridgewell Securities.

Strangely, a number of companys that I monitor see to have inexplicably fallen a little on what appear good results - I suspect that things will correct over the course of a few weeks, which does allow those familiar with the share to top-up before the clamour and rise.

Results out :-) and yesterday the share price was less than it was a year ago!

Have extracted these highlights:

Surely these results are not priced in at this share price level?
