Those that are worried, regarding the company going into voluntary re- organization.

In voluntary re- organization, the power of a court to compel (bring about (something) by the use of force or pressure) reorganization is absent and persuasion (the action or process of persuading someone or of being persuaded to do or believe something ) to this end must be supplied through the efforts of the parties interested in the reorganization and their attorneys, and often by display of power to accomplish (achieve or complete successfully) reorganization through court procedure.


But holders need to make up their own minds. But as vast are not in voluntary restructuring, but voluntary re- organization. There is a massive difference.

What is the difference between restructuring and Reorganisation.

'restructuring' indicates changing the structure of something completely. It is based on long-term goals. Basic and essential changes are made to the whole structure of something, whereas, 'REORGANISASION" refers to small but important changes to something with the goal of improvement.

I am only pointing out the difference between the two. As its easy to get them mixed up. As I said, people need to make up their own minds.

A few more for me this morning.
My average is coming down but not by much any more.
But i am not buying for that reason. I am adding more because they are so cheap.
The more i can add at this price the better.

GF, you are talking nonsense. The resistance got broken, and it all now hangs on the next piece of news. I am very experienced in AIM and i am here untill the funding news and then diamind news.

It looks to me as if the same people are selling, getting the price down then buying back. some large buys have also gone through. A lot more buys it seems. Just something we have had to put up with for months here. Lets see what happens on Thursday. It does look like the mms along with AP are happy to let this continue. Well the mms are making money. While Ap has always said he wants more institutions involved than PIs. But it has looked for months that someone has a lot of shares, so can afford to trade them.

It does look as if some are getting weak kneed and selling some , if not all they own.
Oilisgold is defiantly coming across as a bed wetter. Then again he may be just throwing a little fuel onto the fire to be able to get in a little cheaper. I am just happy to sit wait and add when its right for me.

AP is quite chilled out. Few members of the private group are saying " its better to be silent and under promise". Well i agree but untill funding is sorted this will not attract new investors.
Plys they saying very close to a deal that will keep everyone happy.

Just had a look at the interim results for last year and the revenue was $1.791m for the first 6 months ....then the revenue on the final results for the whole year was $2m.....so they added $209,000 revenue for the last 6 months to April 2024.....

Where has all the revenue gone ?
