Mr. Prelea should have offered them a 1% stake in the diamonds. That would have been more exciting.

This is a gift, not a share offer for cash. Most if not all of the new shares will already have been sold. I wonder what it’s a payment for.

Money is extremely tight here. Need to keep broker on board and just couldn't not pay them in some way as they do with most creditors to date.

People talking about at a premium. They have no choice as shares cannot be issued below nominal value.

Need some sort of resolution on this finance. My concern here is it suggests that sales not going through or if they are revenue already spent or assigned.

Well only a few weeks more and we're into 2025. An achievement for an under performing company.

I been ZIM 3 times as a large Shareholder in PREM . Its very complex and complicated system. What takes a month in UK will take 12 months there. What we have going for VAST is everyone has Agreed the conclusion will occur before END DEC 2024. We are only 7 weeks away from this. Here is what will happen from sources in the private group
1. Signiture
2. Third party agrees a date
3. AP travels to ZIM 3rd week of December
4.Parcel handed over

Not long guys. If you can hold for 7 more weeks you will become very rich. If it doesn't happen sell up on the funding news which is also in DEC

Problem is lot of reorganisation happens in the Ministry of Mines in ZIM. New faces appear that also need to feed their familes. Why would you sign a document when you know you can milk the cow for another 10 years
