most people don't even read the posts on here from the trolls.
Those that do just appear to be laughing at them and their comments.
I wonder why they don't post on woof, woofs new thread.
In fact DOG i no doubt will be posting on here again. You see they are in love with me. Its like a love, hate, thing going on with them. They hate me, but cant help themselves, so not only need their daily fix, of reading my comments. They sit their like a dog waiting for their master to post.

The directors have not gone out to destroy the share price. From their communications etc they are always trying to boost it. Unfortunately their actions to date and to some extent outside parties (one example take Atlas) have meant there has only been one way for this share price to go over past 5 years. The majority of people have seen this and sold at a loss or been lucky and managed to sell in one of the recent past spikes. Those who have held will of course say not made a loss until they sell, but honestly are they going to see a share price in excess of 7-10p in the next year, let alone 20p area which you were looking at just 3-4 years ago.I would have to look back but I think you will find the directors have invested millions into the company pre consolidation and are unlikely to ever see a return. I think they have no choice in view of the position they find themseve. Just take the share placement in April 2019 (pre consolidation) 7.4 million bought by Andrew Prelea and 29.6 million by Finance Director Roy Tucker. Probably looking at spending around £10,000 and £40,000 respectively. Taking share consolidation into account values would be £1,000,000 and £4,000,000 if they held the same number of shares but we all know this is not the actual position. Their overall shares were a lot higher 39.2 million shares or a 0.5% stake for AP while Tucker had 69.6 million shares or a 0.9% stake in the company's enlarged share capital at the time. Basically company has had to do placememt after placement to keep lights on and those original shares are now worthless. No point in talking about the past provided we learn from it.

The position is whether Vast can kick on with these new ventures and whether they can actually turn around BP. The diamonds are vital to keep the company afloat and for us investors to see a decent return.

I notice doggy new thread has not encouraged one of his fellow trolls to post on there. I only know this as I just saw his thread come on the list of bbs when I logged on. Well done all holders for not posting on there. They have nothing constructive to say, they just hope to get a reply so they can be nasty to you,or the company. Don't be tempted. But ghat is your decision and yours only.

Erh, trolls have no evidence, again it's in front of you, bs doesn't cut anything here now GF, and as captain bs your ships going down, unfortunately taking innocent PI who've listened to your guru type opinion, and sadly fell for it, blame the mm, blame delay, hype it with fantasy diamonds, and even now looking at a long term chart, nothing you say stacks up, no RNS of anything decent, just a few can loads of ore a month that doesn't cover costs.

No, as per the last 5-6 years, it's the same, just simply being mass sold, it's right in front of you.

Looking at the volume of trading tells me someone has been playing with the share price over at least the last month. Normally we have about 65 to 70m average volume here. So why over the last month has we seen so many very high trading days. For me, and this is just my opinion. We see larger buys and sells. In my opinion someone has been working to get the price down. Take last week massive volume, mostly showing on the buy side. But over all no movement. Then you look at the high volume yesterday, that showed mostly sells. Yet again no movement. Someone is making a few %profit a day, and being helped to do so by the market. AIMO. I know what the trolls will say, but they have no everdence for their opinion.

HarpsI can see your point about AP possibly getting the wages he is owed in shares. But that is not a foregone conclusion. To basically ignore the £2m plus he has already invested is a little condescending. Yes if he was to take the wages he and other directors are owed in back pay of wages. Would that not again show confidence in not only their ability as directors, but also in the company.I would also say that it's a long stretch to belive they have destroyed the share price to benefit themselves. After all AP had invested 2m so if that was the plan, why would he have invested £82,500 at 0.55p.

At 20% interest they are not doing to badly. At the time you could generally could get rates around 10% for risky mining ventures. Romania is not a country associated with mining in the recent past and mine production made the provision of the loan subject to other assets. It was a necessary evil in view of Atlas position and screwing over of existing shareholders. Finance has never been one of Vasts strong points. They shouldn't need any further placements in the short term subject to return of diamonds and other funding streams.

It's also possible the loan may be secured against property AP has an interest in view previous property management/development.

Basically we are all hoping this will come good.

My big concern is Vast directors shareholdings are relatively low so are their interests aligned with current shareholders. Thought this had changed with AP taking a share in fundraise earlier this year but not stopped subsequent placements. Could this be because this was just payments in lieu paid in shares which AP was not expecting to receive. Just my thoughts as I have previously stated so nothing new here.

I think you will find the Alpha loan was secured against real estate in Bucharest as follows:

· Alpha has been granted first lien security over a real estate asset in Bucharest, Romania, in order to provide an enhanced security. Alpha is predominately a real estate driven lender and as this transaction is its first mining transaction, the real estate security component was key. The real estate asset has an independent valuation of €9,199,769.

· An existing shareholder of Vast Resources PLC, who is not a Related party under the AIM Rules, has been granted a first ranking security over Baita Plai in return for allowing the real estate asset owned by him being used as enhanced collateral for the funding to be provided to Vast by Alpha. Alpha has been granted a second ranking security over Baita Plai.

Just my guess but think the real estate assets are owned by Roy Tucker or someone linked with him.

So why is this being ignored by the trolls. Maybe they are a little thick to understand it. Or could it be that as this was info in the 3rd paragraph, they cant read or post more than one or two lines at a time.

This from the RNS on the 6th November 2023.

An upfront extension fee of US$300,000 in total paid to the Creditors out of the proceeds of the recent Placing.Debt reduction payments to Mercuria of an initial US$100,000 paid out of the next concentrate sale and US$50,000 from each concentrate sale made thereafter from Baita Plai.

So a debt reduction Payment of $100,000 and a $50,000 payment to Mercuia on every concentrate sale made thereafter. So if Mercuria were going to be calling in there debt why would they be asking for a $50,000 debt reduction from each concentrate sale there after. Also this debt was from the Tranche A of the Prepayment Agreement announced on 21 March 2018 for Manaila. So why would they want to call in that lone after all this time, now they are making money on the CU CONC they are now receiving. No it reads to me that the Tranche A agreement with Mercuria has been changed to pay of this debt like any other miner that has a, off take agreement.

So I read it that the debt to ALPHA will be paid off at some point. But not MERCURIA. That will only be paid off if Vast feel the need to clear that debt. Also
This debt to cover Alphas $4m debt is covered by property on the BP asset, that is owned by a independent person. this was valued at $9m at the time of the loan. So if ALPHA were the slightest bit worried about being paid. They would have called this loan in and claimed the property.
