Kemche I thought you had filtered me (on more than one occasion). Please do so as don't want to engage with someone who thinks I'm a shorter ot just reacts to filtered when views don't match your own. Think I've stated before very few shorters in Vast, if any now at this share price People using spread bets would also be unwise to short in view of Parcel of diamonds. Can't see anyone doing so as the risk well outweighs any returns in my view.

For others I'm still invested and believe Vast can have a bright future provided they can address their production issues. Don't believe company are trying to keep the share price low and they have tried to increase share price on a number of occasions whilst they get away share placements. The last thing BoD want is share dilution but it's a necessary evil whilst they try to increase production to balance the books.

Looking at the equipment they have , I can't see why there not at or above there 120000 target. So option 1 ) the grounds harder than anticipated..possible Option 2) they are holding back.. control the output and they control the share price. Option 3 ) they don't know what there doing. ..well there out put seam consistent so its possible they don't know how to operate the site to maximise efficiency.

People can ramp the share price or troll Vast. It really means very little. The company has a lot of potential as well as significant short term risks and it's for BoD to deliver against the risk short term and show the mkt cap should be multiples of where it is.

I'm just putting my thoughts out there in view of the stated or implied future expectations as well as production figures. Interested in others views but please let's talk about Vast and not beans etc. Can't see anything more off putting to a new investor if you can't actually talk about Vast and potential going forward.

When the bean canner runs out of money because he has sold his beans too cheaply he goes bust but those beans would still be in the hands of the buyer. If Vast go bust the shares will cease to exist. Beans are evidently the future :-)

The ore levels mined are well below expected levels which AP has admitted. Increasing production levels by percentages means nothing if we are not getting to the levels where they generate free cash flow. Just looking at the figures you have provided...

Last year mined 66,764 compared to 120,000 in original plan (10,000 per month). Production levels just over 55%

This year 73,150 in first three quarters against 126,000 expected or just under as ramping up as you say. A small increase to 58% of anticipated production so was the extra investment actually worth it?

Please show me the positive mining side of mining activities to date. CEO needs to take responsibility and address issues. Increased grade is definitly going to help but production levels should be much higher than they are. I have seen numerous comments on ramp up and increasing production but well short of companies expectations and comms and these issues need to be addressed.

I have not taken into account the use of ore sorter as I don't believe they have had the funds to purchase one (which was supposed to be out of increased production). Let me know if they did manage to get one and I've missed it as not taken this into account.

If people are fixated with AP wage that's their issue not mine. I just want a competent CEO who achives what he says. That's definitly not been the case since AP has taken over as CEO. I'm hoping he has learnt from his mistakes and moves forward. My concern is the further equity placement following his latest statement of not needing further short term funding.

I agree I expect the company has not exhausted previous reserves but the truth is they cannot be commercially mined without an ore sorter so from a business proposition they are currently out of ore they can economically mine and therefore in all intensive purposes exhausted. We can argue over meaning buts what's the point.

We all want the company to do well. My view is that AP needs to deliver on his words or step aside and let someone else takes the reigns. Time will tell but expect Directors and creditors are looking closely at current position as little room for manoeuvre with current share price at nominal value.

Just took a comparison of the finals last year, to the three quarters so far for this years.

Last year, Ore minded, 66,764 ton the 3 quarters so far this year ore mined 73,150 ton.
Last year they produced cu conc of 1,505 ton. the three quarters this year so far they have produced 1587 ton of cu conc.
For the full year last they averaged a grade of 21.25%. for the three quarters so far this year they have hit a average of 20% so a little lower. That will give people a negative to talk about. Ignore all the plus points and concentrate on the one negative.

Harps

Why are people fixated on what AP earns?
He has invested over £2m yet you believe he will make more from his earning. Work it out, He earns $250,000 a year. So the £2m+ he has invested would eat up 4 years of those $250,000. plus he has not taken all his income for a few years. So he has basically worked 5 years for free, at this moment.

You say, "they look to have exhausted their current mining areas and now having to access new areas". That is wrong as you should know. They are working their way to the higher grade. They have not exhausted their current mining area at all. How does it make a mockery of the mining plan that they are moving towards the higher grade ore. You do know what ramping up means. This could have been the plan all along. but its taken longer.

I am sure we would all like a crystal ball to know where the bottom is and the top. But i am afraid we don't.

OK let's go there as not feeling great so just resting today. Magic beans are great. Would love some.

Beans on the other hand yes I'd buy in bulk if the price dropped but only when I thought the price had bottomed out. Of course supply and demand has a great effect on prices and if there's to much supply price drops stupidly and your not going to recover your investment as their is over supply. Some people say you have hit the bottom and even the experts running the company but then another lot of beans appear. Comes to a point when you can no longer take them at their word. The price of beans may increase but only to a fraction of the previous expectation due to over supply. Of course you can purchase a lot more beans but whose to say there won't be more beans being issued. Currently people are buying not for the beans but for soya which was grown many years ago but money not realised.

Anyway reality is waste of time talking about beans. Vast are currently a copper mining company and they look to have exhausted their current mining areas and now having to access new areas. Could be beneficial going forward but makes a mockery of mining plans to date. Future profit is now based on new drilling areas which have to be confirmed as well as money from other projects. To date Vast have not been great at getting other projects to generate money or off the ground. Plenty of examples, just look at RNS.

Even existing projects have been found wanting with sales figures such as molybdenum concentrate to name one resource.

Of course let's not talk about Vast but other unrelated things like beans. Sorry for rambling but feeling sorry for myself today not that it stops anyone else :P

The funds will also be used to cover nearby corporate obligations and working capital needs as well as the increased overhead in respect of the new near-term revenue generating operations in Tajikistan.

XXXXXXXXXXXXX Additionally, the funds raised will ensure the Company has sufficient funds available in respect of the Historic Parcel XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

and the first shipment of the PGM concentrates as announced on 22 January 2024.

This taken from the 23/01/24 Placing is obviously the Catalyst that has sent the buyers into a feeding frenzy.

Expect more Hectic activity next week.

Unfortunately there is little opportunity to question the BoD and most presentations are scripted but still provide a useful insight into Vast management. Looking forward to opportunity when AP provides investor meetings.

Vast is a miner not an exploration company. Yes it should be providing a forecast for next 12 months as it has done so in the past. The problem is that they havnt been able to manage the risk of mining and they have always fallen short. Thankfully historically they have a parcel of diamonds owed to them and supported by a High Court order. Without this it is extremely unlikely the company would have survived the last 12 months as creditors would not have extended debt. Cash generation was supposed to service this debt!

Gf yes it's my thoughts on why AP invested. Tell me why you would invest if you knew the price was going to drop? Only time that would happen is when you know you are keeping the company going and you will earn more in the long run. What other reasons would you provide funding when it's not a charity.

someone asked me last night if vast give out a guidance for the year. I said no, what would be the point, people would say he's only lying. But in reality when you are not only ramping up the mine, but drilling at the same time. It would be imposable to give one that was only a guess at this time anyway.
