someone asked me last night if vast give out a guidance for the year. I said no, what would be the point, people would say he's only lying. But in reality when you are not only ramping up the mine, but drilling at the same time. It would be imposable to give one that was only a guess at this time anyway.

HarpsA lot of just your opinion in that post regarding AP.Nice ghat you don't think £250,000 is not a lot of money to risk in a Aim company. Not sure where you got that number from though. It could be closer to £500,000. With what he already held. It's just like say AP only paid £100,000 for his shares when he infact paid over £2m

Regarding AP and his wages. Not sure how little some would like to pay him. Less than a McDonald's burger flipper, would be to much for some. Lol

AP is no fool. The share direction has been one way over a number of years. I believe recent share purchase during equity raise was also out of deferred payment owed to AP which was unlikely to be paid in view of losses being made. Please let me know if I read this incorrectly. He probably thought diamonds around the corner and would make a return on investment. I think he will but share price currently approximately a fifth of his purchase price at 0.55p

It's possible David Ian Jones purchased his shares for a lot more than £250,000 depending on when he invested but the market cap was a lot higher as well.

The truth is there are not any real big individual investors in Vast. Vast needs to demonstrate it can generate cash, not just live from one placement to the next. A previous CEO with AP did a presentation and stated Cash is King when asked about the share price and when it would increase. Only when they could demonstrate to the market cash flow generation over a number months would they be taken seriously and see larger investors including IIs. The same applies today.

Court ,imo could retrace down to 1.5p as the herd moves on to the next hot stock. But with the level of interest there , any bit of good news from the lab results could send it to 3p+

Harps thanks . My only regret there is that I sold out a bit early about 1p for roughly 200% profit. Could have made a lot more but very happy with my profits .Have since been in and out 3 times with small 500k trades there.

If they did get the diamonds then the rise could be substantial as there would be no placing unless they announced a GM asking for more headroom during the rise which would stop it in its tracks

Well done on your investment in HE1.

I looked at purchasing when news had released and had only gone up 20-30% but then thought better of it as I knew they had to raise more money. Had only partially done my research on the company. I underestimated the demand for the share, so well done for buying more. Very rarely do you get such a move like that one.

interesting run in to the close,
so no sellers appeared when they pushed up the bid up towards the end.

Harps and Jungmana - well said! This is a pure risk reward play and, whilst the significant risks are obvious, for me it’s a risk worth taking ((at least with what you can happily afford to lose!)

Please stop trying to deceive any new naieve investors.

I'm not aware of any big boys or girls buying into Vast. The company only has a market cap of £5.5m and the recent TR1 for David Ian Jones was only for a 180m shares. Personally would suggest a large buyer would be anything in excess of £250,000 for a small AIM company such as Vast.

The risk reward position is extremely good if Zimbabwe diamonds come in or concession is granted. On the other hand always threat of further placements. Of course consolidation and approval required as maxed out equity position and once again below nominal value after 2 1/2 years.

Sometimes just need to put the actual facts out there. There is so much fake news out there. Think it's actually putting people off investing in Vast. Still invested and happy with the risk reward position here.

Not down as much as it was , nice. Simon had to change his name again after being caught out lying and faking e mails too many times.
