If software companies are valued on multiples of turnover then our projected 8 million euros doesnt have to be multiplied very many times to put the share price much much higher. Seems very cheap to me at the moment.

re - I just think some investors have a mentality that the share price has to be in a rising trend before buying.

Maybe the director needed a few monthly payments to pay for the shares?

It really is up to what kind of strategy one takes
Buying cheap sell high
buy on a rising trend sell when ends rising
or short term, I do a lot lately>>>>> change of trend and rising with volume

Master RSI.....He joined the board seven months ago and will have done DD before he took the position so I think he knew enough but timing is up to him of course.

They were 3.25p to buy when he was appointed then had five months stuck in the mid threes now he had to pay nearly 5p....just saying !

I just think some investors have a mentality that the share price has to be in a rising trend before buying. If I see a company I want to invest in then i prefer low prices and overhangs are great as the forced seller hits the price and creates a period of inaction whilst you build a holding. Now we are seeing the reverse where many want to get a shareholding but nobody wants to sell because there is a feeling that the company is going somewhere and moving to profit.

It can be a funny old world !

re -Why was he not interested in taking a lead on this four months ago when the share price was moribund at 3.5p ?

Sure one wants to know the inside out of the company and see if there is a bullish future before any action of this sort is taken ( he was recently appointed ). Naturally he could not buy any shares before the results as well.

All nicely timed, and after the results was the right time for him to buy the shares.

He also has options @ 5p.

On his appointment Mr Nicholds will be granted options to subscribe for 4,000,000 new ordinary shares with an exercise price of 5 pence which vest and become exercisable, based on his continued employment, in stages from 3 July 2016 to 31 December 2019.

This certainly shows confidence especially with the share price starting to move upwards but does beg the question.....Why was he not interested in taking a lead on this four months ago when the share price was moribund at 3.5p ?

Vipera plc, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, has been notified that a director, Jeremy Nicholds, yesterday purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a weighted average price of 4.86 pence per share.

Yes they mentioned it as part of many things the MOtif platform offers. They are currently deploying it with a major European retailer.

The bid has been increased to 4.75p now , there must be a large buyer but no stock to satisfy the demand so bid has to be higher to get the order fill.

Everything lining up here very nicely, and very encouraged to see the additional sales personnel. It looks as though our new management addition from earlier in the year is also bringing big benefits.
