Extension agreed which is great news...but placing also London, UK - ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a life science company focusing on early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health, announces today it has extended the exclusivity period for TheoremRx Inc. ("TheoremRx"), to complete their financing round and execute the sub-license for VAL201 for use in oncology indications.

Surely the final news on the USA company deal had to be released this morning as the deadline is up.

Last RNS said May ask for extension. Very poor nothing released this morning. Can’t be released at AGM as price sensitive information. What a farce.

Nothing changes with valirx I see.. floated 2006 and now 2022 with no products on the market I believe yet..I remember the days when our share price was less than a penny, looks like its heading in that direction again...

You made reference a couple of days back about comments the fat frog AKA George had made on linked-in to rubbish 201 to the effect that the license from CRT expires end of this year and that it might not be extended because the early terminated trial and inclusive data other than safety wouldn’t be sufficient to facilitate its extension.

I now understand this to be utter BS. If you look at the updates last December Valirx confirmed that they had re-negotiated and re-stated the CRT licence for 201 ostensibly to allow the TheoremRx deal go ahead, by splitting out the oncology and non-oncology licenses, but also updating the terms throughout.

So the license that George knew is actually ancient history!

In fact this is one of a number of changes that the new management made over the period that needed doing and clearing out when George was removed.

No doubt the company will directly address at the AGM anyhow when they detail the 201 situation but I have to say yes, I stand accused of effectively being a rampy pig out for own gain but I don’t spread miss information of facts, I look into things and I get lots of DMs and share what I find.

Clearly the old guard that post on these threads are out specifically to cause trouble, spread FUD and make comments such as the above to put investors off which your average PI are not sufficiently researched to counter the argument.

This is why we should be discussing and exploring specific aspects of the business NOT individuals or trying to start witch hunts. The old adage of Doing Your Own Research has never been truer.

Suzy is coming under a lot of flack. The old guard connected to that fat frog George Morris are posting a lot of negativity and my name is mud here as a shareholder but hey, once the share price picks up investor attitudes will improve.

Hey porky do you know if Nico still holds these? Also Adam being a very large major shareholder gives me confidence it will come good. Reference TRX Suzy seems to me that she's been strung along. Her tweets over the last three months leading us all to believe this was a done deal by end of June has shown her to be unprofessional and reckless in her post as CEO. Lovely person but to me she isn't CEO material.

Rather than false speculation i will put your point @Jason Pugh directly to her. Your constant messages on here about what George Morris is saying are borderline libellous and not the first time either in this thread.

I will put your point/ question directly to the BOD:-

e) 201 Is under license to you from CRT and your initial license expires end of this year. Can you provide any guarantees that it will be extended?. There was some concern that It might not be extended because the previous early terminated trial and inclusive data other than safety wouldn’t be sufficient to facilitate its extension, is there any truth in this? Further are there still any debt or fees due to CRT?

I have started a list of questions, if you want to add some do it, if not ignore.

Spending 24/7 here whinging all day long is a) not healthy and b) wont get you anywhere, a total waste of your time and energy
