Mate they put out that rns to save face so when they announce on 30th June they can't raise the money and have to extend that they've already covered themselves.

Yes read RNS, thanks. Deadline is 30th June. May be extended, depending on terms. Would be surprised if Suzy can still say she is 'confident and unconcerned' at this stage, if she wasn't. Either way, share price has held today. Lots of shareholders still have confidence.

Did you not see the rns from the other day bro? ThermRx haven't raised the money and Val are looking to add an extension but with no guarantee of producing any results.Suzy is a fail train and should resign for misleading investors.

Awaiting update on Theoremrx. Surprised if nothing positive comes out given Suzy's confidence. Breast cancer therapy results out soon if Val hurry.

Could see this coming a mile off. I know we've been through tough times but this has been dragging on since November with not a sniff of news apart from Suzy's misleading tweets ( which she should be resigning for )Didn't look good did it and was obviously going to fall short.If it was gonna come off then they would have given updates or some sort of news!It sucks to be holding Valrix now :-(

Feels about we are going to get cut to pieces here very soon.

Placing imminent and who will fork out circa £4m to us for a lab as well when we can’t deliver funding ourselves in over 8 months.

Will need to be a very generous placing so my take is 12p. People appear to have their heads in the sand if this funding not agreed. I won’t take part in any placing as not throwing good money after bad.

It makes one wonder if Val 201 is such an amazing drug why has Val struggled to find a global partner and distribution network? Surely they would be beating down your door to get their hands on Val 201....This drug is actually licensed to Val from cancer research (don't believe look into it) If I was them I'd be looking to take the license back and find someone more capable than Valrix.

How on earth could SD state in an RNS that she is encouraged by progress seen to date?
There has been zero progress-or she would be confirming that they have raised the required funds & the deal will be signed-that would be encouraging!!
Many of us werent that enthusiastic when the proposed deal was first announced last year as we were hoping for a partnership with an established global pharma which had the resources to move 201 ( & our other prospective products) on quickly .Almost a year has drifted by with zero progress & the 3 collaborations announced are merely intellectual exercises/studies, which are unlikely to have any value.

It seems that this deal is of greater importance to Val than Thermx and they are using that to their advantage. If this is how they treat us now, what will they be like when the deal is struck?

'Show me the money' this is 8 months on, or at least show me a good chunk of by way of a non refundable Option fee in consideration of a further extension. Get commercial!

Looks a tad desperate to be waiting and waiting and waiting for another Party to do what it said it would do in November

Smacks of abject naivity by SD & she has been strung along for months ,presumably constantly being told that all will be well, dont worry etc etc .If there was a Plan B it will be much harder to execute in these markets than previously & it would be optimistic in the extreme to expect o face saving bid at ,say,30p for our IP.
Very disappointing.

This RNS looks like a nervous reaction by SD in an attempt to save face. Maybe she has foolishly jumped the gun but whatever is the reason the word that keeps coming to my mind is INCOMPETENCE.

I heard we had decent alternatives BUT SuZy is stubborn and wants to prove us all wrong Theoremx won't raise they have had 8 months !!The BOD should resign Inexcusable to tweet " totally confident and unconcerned "Still unconcerned SuZy ?!! Lol
