I agree it makes no sense. Maybe their last broker they were using were not supporting them very well. They must have made a good pitch for val to make this decision. But again if they already have a good successful and sought after product I don't see how they can't simply go into negotiations themselves with a potential partner to mass produce.

Excellent deal when the warrants expire. VAL then will have broker services for free.

As I recall I also asked during the surge upwards how you knew Suzy was so happy and how you were aware that rumours of a deal were floating around. You told me not to question but to trust you. All I can say is it was a good job in didn't listen to you 😂

Amaretto I sold at 24.5p to sell and they were shifting between 24p and 25p in the morning between 8 and 10am so no I'm not lying that is what I sold them for. And it was cus I also missed the boat and didn't do anything the last time this pump and dump happened.

Giving the risk to the broker. I say it's an excellent deal for VAL.

The warrants may expire if we never get to 22p again. There is always that risk with warrants and that is why one has to sign a risk form to buy them.

I saw this coming and had been invested for about a year. So when they hit 25p I sold as the news that came out did not sound like the news anyone was hoping for. If they go down to 17p - 18p I'll be buying back

Mail : "Cenkos shares up 35pct on charging 2m pounds for a research note for a 13m pound biotech co. The ceo states" this is the biggest fee we have received from any client of any size and will double our profits for the near 5 years "

Not sure what all the conjecture is here.New broker - they had two before and money down the drain and a massive streamline of products worthwhile pursuing, great new board and money in the bank.... Yes, they are in credit!Cenkos should provide a good corporate research note which will help the share price IMO, plus contact their inst. investors in time to move from a bigger base of inst. as oppose to private investors.6%? Well all arbitrary if they provide the goods and move VAL from nearly a bankrupt position to where they are now of circa 20p per share (as last year and stability) and onwards to the next leg up IMHO.Rome wasn't built in a day!Yes an update is needed and with bio co.'s patience is required as the cogs take a long time to turn, but multi-bag possibilities if all comes ripeGLA
