I think it would be unlikely that the share price was artificially pumped up, just to get a higher exercise price from our new broker. I can't imagine that would go down well with them at the start of a new business relationship. I'd be more worried if it had been walked down in order to give them a lower entry point.

Even if this did drop to 18p, that would just give us further buying opportunities knowing that we now have a broker who will want to see this way over 22p. They must have looked into VAL and decided that there was plenty of upside and positive news likely to be coming out.

Although some may be disappointed with today's announcement and the terms of the appointment, I keep reminding myself that it is a positive step and an incentive to get the share price moving north again with hopefully not too much downside risk. I'm happy to top up at these levels.

There must be possibility of an "unexpected" fund raise,(which Cenkos are confident will be successful due to their substantial client base),possibly to take 1 or more of our products to another stage before a commercial deals can take place & 6% of our current issued SC is a reward fee for a fundraise
