PIs currently own a large % of the free float (Nico Amaretto & I hold around or more than 10% ,apart from other declared 3%+ holders )& we stand to gain most (currently) should Val sign the hoped for deals .I have no problem at all with rewarding success it is the potential amount of the reward (6% currently of issued share capital ,which I reckon is pretty much unprecedented ).It will be interesting to see the carrot revealed which tempted our Board to agree to such a generous incentive for Cenkos & I look forward with great interest to seeing their inaugural brokers note .

There is no dilution at 22p or below. If and when these options are exercised the Company receives cash which counters the first 22p dilution. So all the dilution is on future share price gains and if Cenkos play a major role in making this a multi-bagger I for one will be very happy. Surely that's all that matters. The real debate should be about whether Cenkos is the right fit for VAL. Personally I don't have an opinion on that but today the buyers are significantly outnumbering sellers.Good luck all LTH's.

Unfiltered !! That was quick I want what you want here believe me I think giving away 6pct at 22p with no hurdle is wrong Mkt cap 13m before potential decent deals after a 70 pct fall so why give 4m shares away ?

But why give them 2m quid if we do a 201deal ?Why 4m warrants ?They would've taken half that I don't like getting diluted at a mkt cap of 13m We have fallen from70p to 22p ..why dilute with no hurdles ?Why should they makeMoney on backOf any potential deal ?They don't need to lift a pen and they clean up ..its shocking

Good post ...But Nico is not thinking straight ...I've just sold a Porsche 911 I've paid a broker to sell it for top money..... her commission was far higher than the dealersBut I've received 10 percent more !!Nico u get it yet ? Cenkos contacts in this field are huge
