If any of the Ned’s are unsure if they can buy shares in valirx they say they are not sure they can and need to ask the nomad. Yo Adrian have you asked yet 😳. Dyor .

On the latest video. The AGM. At the start the panel were introducing themselves. Did anyone notice something about suzys introduction ? She concentrated on her scientific background more than her directorship. Could it be that Suzy is not completely walking away from Valirx and could she be moved to the lab?
Martin lampshire was not at the AGM. Wouldn’t it be nice if he bought some shares 💃

If Adrian and potentially by implication the BOD do not know the specific reasons why TRX has not completed their fundraising then that is very worrying. They should absolutely know the specifics of why.I thought Val had regular contact with them to ensure they are progressing. What does that consist of?Suzy Hi Ken how is it going.Ken Hi suzy we are on track do not worry.Suzy Well done Ken.End of conversation.Absolutely ridiculous.

Very unusual for no one at the company to thank him for his tenure ..hmmmOne down ,one to go for this to become investable again . I mean who would give the dynamic duo another penny to waste / for salaries .

How many placings and consolidations has there been?
How much revenue has valirx created?
How many in-house products have valirx sold?
The letter of intent with Ken is taking ages..,
clx will drag on and on and on.
I’m invested and down 70% so can afford to moan. But seriously for us shareholders to get our money back valirx would need a complete brain transplant. And fast 💃

All good things come to those who wait....I've waited well over 6 years and I'm happy to wait a tad longer.....don't take my word for it DYOR....Good luck to all genuine long term investors. As for Jack the lads....I'd recommend you do some research or be on your guard!

Good to see revenue generated. Some figures on the contract would be needed for the market to digest and increase or decrease the share price accordingly. The market never like vagueness. That is why the share price today could end up flat.good news rns. Poor communication

Why would directors buy ?They know they have destroyed shareholder value here .They are incapable of creating any shareholder returns .Exactly why for a year I've been pushing for a new BOD ..fallen on deaf ears. Huge shame ,v annoying and upsetting.

Jason. On this email he’s says he’s not sure he can buy right? Then why not simply ask the nomad ? What a stupid comment to make..

Email reply from Adrian regarding Theormrx and Director buys.

“Hi Jason
Hope you are well. Let me try and answer your questions.
Both the new neds(myself and Martin gouldstone) had an introductory call with Ken which was arranged by suzy via zoom. I don’t know the specific reasons as to why Theormrx have not completed their fundraising but the general biotech market here and in the US has gone through a very difficult time. The call was very much a”get to know you” call as neither of us had any prior contact with Ken Sorensen.

Regarding the board buying any stock at these levels I’m not sure if we can and buy any stock at the moment and any purchases would need to be cleared by the nomad. We do have to operate within the restrictions placed on us by the market regulations and the nomad and don’t have the freedom to buy and sell as a normal investor.

As I have only been on the boards 7 weeks my main focus here was to get under the bonnet and really understand the company and it has understandably taken up a lot of time. I don’t know why other board members have not bought in but this is a question they are individually better placed to answer than myself.

Thanks Adrian. “. 🤔

Nico115. Adrian has over 800,000 shares and warrants in valirx according to the rns dated 22april 2024.
But martin gouldstone holds no shares or warrant at all. This needs to change if confidence is to be returned. If Martin does not buy now then he knows a placing is happening. Quite sad really. Could be proved wrong. Hope springs 💃💃💃

Agreed David. When Suzy only bought 4k of shares at 6p in placing and wouldn't even stretch to 100k shares I knew she was no longer "totally confident and unconcerned "So bullish yet refuses to buy more than a paltry amount of shares yet she's still our CEO drawing 180k in salary per annum . Wow . Beggars belief.
