Maybe someone who works with clients in different time zones. But why would it matter to you anyhow? Who cares what time someone posts?

AGM end of this month, based on todays presentation looks to me that Suzy and Kevin aren't going anywhere. Shame because i genuinely thought Adrian had come on board to sort this mess, I guess the first sign was him withdrawing the requisition notice, had that remained at least Kevin would be out by now. One down.

Is this a case of if you chuck a good apple into a barrel of rotten apples, the good one also goes rotten? IDK, i still hold faith he can sort it but its looking grim currently and the clocks ticking.

If by the AGM end of this month, no clear steps towards finding a CEO or sorting the board positions i really think the chance of them securing the raise could be in total jeopardy. I mean who in their right mind is going to chuck more cash at this for more of the same? I just don't see it.

Ideally they will need £2.5m to give any new CEO a 12 mth runway. I was working on Adrian might get away with £1.5m at 1p IF Shard can secure support and Adrian demonstrates getting cash burn back to a more manageable level, now i'm really not so sure. This now looks like a very possible risk of the cash running out and them going onto administration- He really does need to start moving fast now.

Adrian had a golden op to offload Kevin with the requisition notice but then withdrew it - first blunder

Suzy still employed holding on in on a £180k package despite all the mistakes, should have been on gardening leave - second blunder

As it stands I’m not impressed, Adrian needs to get the BOD situation sorted out.finding a CEO should be absolute priority frankly,

Totally agree, nobody is going to chuck yet more cash at this for more of the same - we need changes and fast.

Yes shard needs a positive note so they can get broker fees for a raise .Surely Porky they would be better off finding a decent Ceo than spending hours on a jam tomorrow note ?They don't have a cats hell of a chance of raising if SuZy is still Ceo .Change is needed ..." tomorrow " at the latest . Me too, sort of written off 201 but at the same time VAL reiterate THX LOI in place and are coming, but CLX could be massive!3p! Now!! FFS a steal and where l was several years ago before shooting to double figures, so another bite of the cherry.NAI, imho and DYOR

Looking at timeline for mergers. According to investopedia it can take between 6 months and several years to complete. With euda the us firm and theorm it’s been coming up 8 months. I’ve invested primarily for clx not 201 so this wait is irrelevant to my investment strategy. However if 201 comes through it will be bonus.💃
