I take it @Jason Pugh now know as @David boomtime you recently got sucked in on the spike and now trapped desperate for a exit for money back - you fool. You should know by now how the game is played, bloody hell you have been on this board long enough.

Most likely this is going back to 1.8p short term (EV is c 1.5p) and IF and its a massive IF, Adrian can secure support for the placing at 1p (touch and go) then you have opportunity to buy in then, but the forward plans would need to be compelling that's for sure.

Meanwhile, i would suggest you take the hit, get out and run for the hills before the placing comes in or pray some suckers buy on more spin and hype or traders pumping it so get out on the next spike. Not sure of your chances.

This next presentation could be a pump event for you maybe? then again it could be a roasting event but AGM end of June wont be far off that and the placing proposals come in or its starts being shorted/ pre sold again prior to discounted placing IF Adrian gets that support. Either way, timing is crucial Jason if you want to see your money back.

Advise to all investors. Wait for rns for news. Traders tradinglet them have their 10% swings. but if you have invested because of one or more of the products(in my case clx ) then you will be richly rewarded soon Don’t be fooled into selling when reading chat if you’ve invested. Wait for news from reliable sources. My 3p will soon be 15p. A nice 5 bagger in my very humble opinion.💃

But i see none of your warning signs at GDR where PIs are being forced to stump up a raise with little II interest where I assume your a holder. You said it was a plumb buy out target IIRC. Interesting double standards when you hold and when you hate...

That being said if peeps do stump up then we're at the turning point for aim biopharma, so I hope for your sake and everyone else's they do coz then it's time to dig deep into this market.., especially for jam tomorrow outfits like GDR and VAL,.

Yeah well you keep pumping for fresh blood to buy, and please please buy as much of the stock yourself as you can, you deserve it.

This penny share is going one of two ways now, binary outcome:-

1. Adrian manages to get Shard to support yet another raise, number 16 and he gets it away £1.5m at 1p if they can find those mug enough to fill it.

2. He cant secure support for another raise and it goes into administration

I put the odds at 5/50

Everything else is pure white noise, there is not one event short term that will bring cash in here other than a placing. Yet more spin and stories of Jam tomorrow wont pay todays bloated cash burn which is currently even high and running out quicker than forecast because Adrian still hasn't found a replacement for Suzy and we now have yet more mouths to feed whilst it drags on.

Frankly, Adrian needs to present at his Investor presentation, a solid cohesive business plan including to either get the labs to break even in short time or get rid and go back to outsourcing, get Cash Burn back under £350k PQ, pie off Suzy, Kevin, Martin and Jerry - what the heck is he waiting for here??? and get a new CEO onboard. Focus on new evaluations just then, he might just have something that's actually investable and worth backing in the next placing.

Otherwise forget it.

He thinks every bio outfit that's listed has a 2 year runway apart from VAL...

He knows jack sh!!!t about drugs too...much to his continual embarrassment....

You'd feel sorry for him if he wasn't emotionally not invested, which is a laugh in itself...

Cash burn will be even higher with the additional heads, gawd knows what package a new CEO will want to take this on and with Cash Runway out soon, now running out even quicker, its now a case of IF rather than when they can get the placing away.

With the past history IF Adrian gets the placing away at 1p it will be an absolute miracle frankly. But first a pump is in order to help the placing get away.

I see back to removing posts on LSE again. Shame they really need to clean up their act over at LSE, newbies need to know fully what they are getting into.

Meanwhile, keep pumping it Ron, you can fool some of the people. I wouldn't even trade this at this level. When you take the spread into account its not bloody worth it.

Anyhow, In a few weeks time you can add as many as you like even cheaper at the next placing, let’s see if they can get more spin out to pump the share price a bit more before it drops. De ja vue

look you recently brought in Jason on the spike, by now you should learn how the traders play this game:-

You were played yet again like a Stradivarius, in came the ramping crew at 1.8p ramped it, feed some BS, company put out some spin, share price spiked at 3.7p and those that were ahead of the game cashed IN taking a very nice profit with them whilst the suckers were left holding the baby wondering what's hit them as the share price drifts back to 1.8p again.

Same old same old....

to clarify Jam tomorrow does not pay a bloated pay roll and benefits to support the boards lifestyles today.

Jason, it’s already going to go to sub 1p level at best because I can’t see Adrian finding any CEO prepared to drive this business forward with less than at least a 12 or 24 month cash runway ahead of them

As such a discounted placing for WC is 100% inevitable the only question is what price they can get it away at. The EV is 1.5p at best, Investors want upside potential but would he get £1.5m at 1p, I’m not so sure. We will know soon enough but first he has to be bold and drain the swamp - this limbo land they are in where no decisions on what the BOD structure will be going into H2 are not helping matters.

Maybe we will be given more detail at the AGM in a few weeks time
