I'm pretty sure all employees of UTW will be in a closed period at present so unable to buy or sell shares - this is because the 2018 final results have yet to be released. Hence diane I am not sure I believe you about your 'friend' selling recently at 16p.

What I'm still trying to decide is whether it's worth averaging down or better not to take the risk. An interesting dilemma for sure.

If they have a compounding residual income off the contracts with the power company then any residual would dissapear so this could be a very good reason to buy the company as a going concern.

😉

Why buy the company ?

Just get it off the receiver for nothing in a few months.

More like 0.5m or possible less, depending on the sales volumes, revenue, overheads and skill set left, there may be a lot of people already jumped on the lifeboat?

Well strongbuy he currently wouldn't need much of his $100m warchest as UTW is worth around £5m!

I'd ignore the mindless ramblings of diane - a brief look at her posting history (there's 5 mins i'll never get back), show her up for what she is! As for her friend in Newcastle.....

It is common talk about looming administration amongst a lot of staff.

A fair few staff own shares.

They are not stupid.

What makes you so sure your friend is right though? With such a negative attitude UTW would do well to make him redundant and retain people who want the company to succeed.

First there WAS a Craig Wright working for UTW some while ago but now no idea.

Ochs see below

I've got a family member who works there and they have said that the problems are there but not as far to say the company is going under , I think it's all this uncertainty not knowing , and with the ousted director selling puts more worry. Not being funny if I was forced out of a company , I'd sell my entire holding too. On this information , even tho she doesn't get to know everything but I'm confident of a nice healthy bounce so I've put my money where my mouth is , £1975. Invested at just under 6p. Watch this space , it's going to get exciting

The reason I asked is I wanted to see if Craig Wright really works for the company and how senior he is.... guessing your friend would know!

Knowing - what has someone on another board who also knows "someone" who works for the company said which is more positive? Thanks

I suppose we won't be seeing any increased revenue with the tie up between the likes of Vodafone and Dell then.

I will not asking my friend this question.

It is not relevant.

The point I am making is companies often trot out rubbish right before the company goes bust.

I wouldn't believe a word this bloke said.

Can you ask your senior friend in Newcastle if he knows Craig Wright who apparently replied to a shareholder on behalf of UTW (based on Nocton's post)? Thanks

Would you believe I have many friends.

Most of my friends are UK based.

I have a couple of friends abroad. One in Cameroon and a couple in Kenya and Tanzania.

Is this OK ?

PS When I passed comment some months ago about BLVN's poor drill results in advance I was spot on.

Nocton

On a daily basis I scan through lots of companies prospects and pick out the worst ones to comment about. Free speech and all that.

This is a basket case.

Possible new punters need warning.

When the company does go under I can sleep well at night.
