28/2/2018 19:14 | Sell off - I think there were more buys then sells and they dropped the price when news came out to scare people to sell.i hold more shares then were traded today people selling at the ridiculous spread earlier well good luck to them. Everyone has a figure in mind so take your positions. This is just warming up remember they are always getting short of stock and we apparently had a large holder who had been off loading over the last few days now he has gone and they have been picked up stock will go short again. Good luck new investors old and them that have moved onto pastures new. | lalria
28/2/2018 17:43 | I think the problem is simple and typical of AIM. All that news has done (in reality) is tell 'investors' that there's a long time until any more news... hence the sell-off. Typical AIM oilie short termism. We'd have been better off without the reassuring news as it can build expectation. Ironic.Still, opportunity to top up at least. Annoyed I didn't close my SB at a higher price though. | spandy83
28/2/2018 17:08 | Nothing showing after 4pm. All disguised stuff. Late ones at about the time of the drop around 3pm.. 48.5k buys to 26.5k sells. Can't make this up. | chavitravi2
28/2/2018 17:02 | Some big buys showing now | lalria
28/2/2018 16:56 | Reckon it may start better tomorrow. That last buy was 2p above what was being asked at 102p. We shall see. | chavitravi2
28/2/2018 16:41 | It's ok guys, I looked it up. 2nd Nov was closing date. A guy on LSE hadn't had his divi, and wondering if he missed ex date. | chavitravi2
28/2/2018 16:31 | Can anyone remember what the last date was to qualify for the December divi? | chavitravi2
28/2/2018 16:29 | Can't remember the last time I saw a 5p spread. Look at the buys coming in. | chavitravi2
28/2/2018 15:51 | Still on the sidelines here and a little surprised at the drop!! I dont see that as a particularly bad RNS unless I have missed something! Not put off by the drop though but will keep watching. | nico9
28/2/2018 15:34 | Russia is a slow moving business domain with much red tape. This steady progression update and all progressing in the right direction is fine with me. 2018 is going to be a good year! | tone the bone1
28/2/2018 15:19 | Down again, seems to me they don't won't much stock on their hands. Art did say they seemed reluctant to take his shares. | chavitravi2
28/2/2018 15:16 | I fully appreciate your point moggy about possible delayed trades, but as an example does not equate today with buys/sells.Still suspicious as to how these are twisted in MM's favour.imo. | martyn9
28/2/2018 15:15 | DJM, yes I saw that on LSE a short time ago that ArT had sold over the last few days so I agree the bent sods have not shown that, but, it could on this occasion work for us. And let some in for more on the cheap. | chavitravi2
28/2/2018 15:08 | Dj agree,To anyone that understands the business this was a good update and reinforces the fact that there is serious upside here and they are getting on with things. It's not unleash the fireworks type stuff but I am stunned it's fallen. They guy in lse seems a bit strange that has sold. It's like he is expecting bp style updates from a micro oil company. How many companies around this size have this many irons in the fire and no serious issues. The more you read this update the more it is very reassuring. | gregpeck7
28/2/2018 14:57 | I can't knock the company for not listening - the update answers all of the questions that I sent (a few weeks ago) - obviously a number of you guys have done the same and this has resulted in this RNS! South Dagi drill - planning included taking into account severe weather conditions which meant greater then usual timeframe for completion in initial plan announced in December - progressing as expected and no issues. Good news ! CPR report - "based on the draft underlying data that has been received from Blackwatch Petroleum Services to date, the Board currently believes that the main finding of the final Competent Person's Report will be an independent confirmation in line with the reserves information that the Company has already published to date" - excellent news - there was a risk that an assessment of reserves may lead to a downgrade of reserves - this has been the case for a number of companies with Russian assets using Russian State standards in the past. Good news. JV/Partnerships - good to see that this is still the strategy and "the Company continues to explore opportunities for partnerships to manage the development of certain of its assets". Obviously whilst discussions are on-going the company cannot announce further details given NDAs and the fact this would be price sensitive so any signing of a partnership/JV deal could come at any time - obviously as shareholders we have no idea of how advanced any negotiations are or how close or far away any announcement will be. A partnership would mean multiple wells being drilled at our Komi assets - so potentially if drills are successful then upside would be significant but limited to the percentage that is retained (if the deal is to farm-out). Conversely failed drills will have a much reduced financial impact. So good news that they continue this strategy. Finally "The Company's recent levels of oil production are in line with management's expectations" - a little vague but at least the alarm bells are not ringing and it's safe to say that whilst there may be a little natural expected decline in production that will be somewhat offset by work-overs (planned or already carried out) - there is nothing that should be of concern. So good to have this confirmed. I see that there is a (large?) holder that has been dumping shares recently (from LSE board) and now finished - given that we are still over the 100p mark this shows that the Ural's share price is a little more stable and less susceptible to dropping down to previous lows. Chav/Martyn - remember MM's perfectly within their rights to delay large orders so whilst you might think they are being "crooked" they probably have a load of shares in unpublished trade(s) which they have taken from this guy at a low price which they are now selling on at this new level. | djmoggy
28/2/2018 14:40 | Spandy, once it warms up, I expect they will get more specific... | gregpeck7
28/2/2018 14:39 | L2 just improved.. 2 v 1 now.. Looks like its about to go up... That RNS was not "initiate the party" but its basically saying everything is going to plan.... Im happy with that.. This company is crazily undervalued... The amount of AIM oilers (lets just take ZEN) for example, that would be happy with a "no issues" RNS. | gregpeck7
28/2/2018 14:36 | Look at the level of buys today and this is down. Crazy Aim. Only a matter of time | lalria
28/2/2018 14:30 | It's good I guess that they recognise the investor pressure to release an RNS that calms nerves in the absence of news. I personally find it pretty poor that they can't be more specific than Q2 for the drill... by now they should be able to say early or late Q2 at the very least. | spandy83
28/2/2018 14:27 | Chav it's a bloody ludicrous carry on and a shambles, if something is not done at some point the whole AIM sector without change will implode.Yes i hope they loose their crooked jobs and jailed. | martyn9
28/2/2018 14:21 | Martyn9, it's been like this for far to long and no one has confidence in it, just about every one knows now that AIM is for crooks, spiv's and quick quid merchants. Unless the fca do something, give hard slaps and kick some out of the job. Givena bit more time and without action mass outcry will at some point come to the fore in the media the whole thing will be undermined and disgraced. Many will lose their jobs anyway. I hope. | chavitravi2
28/2/2018 14:14 | note on LSE of seller that has attempted to contact the company and feels that the update is due to him. They have finished selling and are out now. Therefore this will bounce back in no time as seller gone and buys flying in. | lalria
28/2/2018 14:14 | The book is short.. This is heaven sent to try and catch any credit buyers... Long term the RNS says it all. Rock solid.. 14m mkt cap.. Current share price crazy. Drill proceeding as planned.. We just need to wait.. Cash rolling in. | gregpeck7
28/2/2018 14:12 | Grabbed 1089.. What I had spare... Crazy drop.. Whats the problem! lol.. | gregpeck7 |
