Yep divi is a nice bonus... I have mine set to reinvest into more shares when it lands :D

Hopefully another this year but I would probably prefer some more producing assets to the divi if that were an option to be in the market...

Been trawling through the RNSs and have emerged with these jottings relating to points recently raised on this and/or the LSE board

Board of directors -

The previous CEO resigned in October 2014.

July 2014 Adler Impex, representing the interests of Roman Shvets, increased their shareholding from 25.6% to 44.1%

From the April 23rd 2015 EGM statement -
“The Company has resolved the legacy litigation issues and has the support of its major shareholders”

From the 13th June 2017 finals –
The Board proposes that the maiden dividend should be approximately 6.2 US cents per share, equivalent to approximately 10% of the Group's 2016 EBITDA

Very noice... L2 looking solid.. Only 2 MM;s now at 125 then its 130.... 5000 seems to be the online limit so they have not got a lot of stock..

Oil steady around 65 USD..

Remember this was 160p with oil around 40... and production was lower...

125 is a bargain....

Slowly getting closer to Q2 which is where things really get interesting..

The market is down this morning but glad to say not us. Two shares I follow but not invested in now are well down again this morning. UKOG down to 1.35p and SOLG down to 20p. Wonder where that and other money may go?

Presentation is late 2017 so read and then check the latest RNS's for updates

It reads well .LTH here are keen to see an overdue RNS on drill results a CPR and reserve update .

Yep, it's consolidated for over a month around a quid.. I'm convinced we are seeing the start of the 150 plus run now but time will tell

Yes and to add from the past,raided HQ moscow by police,broken and wedged in drill bits,broken promises to name but a few.Stephen king could have made a good film from uen's past,but that's(i hope) all in the rear view mirror now!! onwards and upwards.

Thanks everyone that helps a bit, like I said I'm invested for the current state rather than all the past but I would like to understand it in more detail... plenty to read when I get the chance I guess :)
