11/6/2017 12:34 | No agenda girls, just like to make sure all you long term holders are still kidding yourselves)) | neftanik
09/6/2017 18:01 | Topical - pay no attention to him ask him for answer to my post the other day on what he has been doing since some of us LTH have multi bagged since the start of the year. Since consolidation the price hasn't come down much only approx 0.00375 pre consolidation so it's nothing. | lalria
09/6/2017 17:16 | If you say so Neft. Why return now with your agendas? Be a good fellow and explain the difference between UEN now and UEN, say, prior to 2015... Not more valuable? Topicel | topicel
09/6/2017 15:45 | On the one hand we have ample refining fertility and on the other storage would seem to be no problem and I'm sure we could order up as many ships as we like to move that oil which I would remind you is top quality stuff. | chavitravi2
09/6/2017 14:30 | Topical, what peer group are you referring to? "Small oil operators with assets in the middle of nowhere with little infrastructure and no regional supplier base"? | neftanik
09/6/2017 12:08 | Keep the faith guys this cant just go in one direction. Off topic - 88e is flying again also. They are due news really soon also but dyor. Fingers crossed both UEN AND 88E have good news to reveal this month. | lalria
09/6/2017 12:06 | my take is the way they are looking at it is shareholders need rewarding and the company is seriously undervalued so the share price growth hasn't happened yet so reward with divs | calmtrader
09/6/2017 12:02 | 9.5p per share would be a nice div to receive | lalria
09/6/2017 11:54 | the div isnt going to be insignificant i.e 10% of ebitda so approx $1.2m /12,622,303 = 9.5p per share =8% yield | calmtrader
09/6/2017 11:38 | Calm, it isn't why most are here mate. Unless it is a special divvy of, say, 10% then I don't think it will be worth much to us small PIs, do you? It is capital appreciation I'm looking at on AIM, and in our case a re-rating on proper up-to-date fundamentals for our peer group and sector which must move us up above £2. Not saying a divvy is bad as a signal to funds etc., and bigger investors. Adler would certainly take a big slice...maybe that is what it is all about? I hope not. Topicel | topicel
09/6/2017 09:47 | the good news is there making money and are going to distribute that to shareholders very soon... | calmtrader
09/6/2017 09:33 | Yep, it is, but consolidation also works in share price movement as it did during February into March. At least UEN has a plan of action now which is visible, we just need to see it delivered, or rather, the wider market does. Topicel | topicel
09/6/2017 09:29 | Just a bit frustrated, having a bad week. Total lack of buying here is very annoying. | basem1
09/6/2017 09:10 | Did you not buy in because of potential though Basem? If so, what has changed when news flow has not even begun and it is only a very small dip based on no volume and a wider macro unease for O&G sector? I would have thought you at least had bought for a reason...? Topicel | topicel
09/6/2017 08:44 | Remind me never to hold any large stakes in illiquid stocks such as this. It's a nightmare trying to get out. | basem1
09/6/2017 08:36 | MM'S dropped this for what reason? | martyn9
09/6/2017 08:31 | Buying at 6.36p equivalent now. | basem1
08/6/2017 17:14 | Chav, the oil price is reacting more to a supposed oil glut in the States than potential war in the Gulf States... Now, it seems to my little mind that any 'issues' in the Gulf that go beyond the current travel restrictions etc. of Qataris will be multiplied if it becomes extended or even violent. Kuwait and Gulf War 1 comes to mind as something of a disruption to global supplies, so the price action seems very much to be ignoring the geopolitical events. And, as if I'm not alone in these thoughts, Bloomberg is reporting someone has placed a futures contract at $80 a barrel for December delivery... Are the right? Will we see Brent back above $50 at least by the time we get our June delivery paid? Let's say there is plenty of market chicanery playing out and see what happens, but I'm not concerned by this latest dip. Oh, and Draghi today finds inflation is not coming through as expected and we all know that pretty much only oil going up will help the reflation trades and objectives of the central bankers... But maybe Moggy can find out if Allenby have even started their preliminary note yet? That would help. Quiet and drift is not good. Topicel | topicel
08/6/2017 14:37 | Chav, yes i thought that too, but they take forever and a day to motivate themselves. | martyn9
08/6/2017 14:34 | Martyn, I understood from the guys who attended the meeting that Allenby were putting something out soon after the meeting. How soon I don't know. | chavitravi2
08/6/2017 13:02 | Anyone would think this was suspended with no trades, if the company wants to progress sack allenby and get a marketing company worth it's salt. | martyn9
08/6/2017 10:51 | Oil prices, Brent $48.46. WTI $46.06. Let's hope it perks up soon. | chavitravi2
07/6/2017 20:52 | Where was neftanik and his opinions for the months that this flew from 1.9p to 8p the fool. Missed out big time never understand someone that is not invested commenting on a share that they think is rubbish. I'm sorry you missed out on your multi bagger here since December and with the news that's due to be released in the next few weeks this share is looking great especially with the opening up of the board to investors like us. I'd rather be in my position then yours matey. | lalria |
