Blimey Neft, where you been?! Still dubious about UEN's future progress?

I see we have 45.7 2P reserves at the last count and the upgrade under competent persons criteria is due soon. Anyone care to estimate what this will show? I'm expecting above 50, based on the 3P previous numbers being included now, but not sure if that is viable.

Just looked in the spread is only 3.85%. I'm trying to resist not to sell shares in another company i'm in which have flow rates soon in June to buy more in here. Its just which company brings news out first

Not necessarily laurence14. My position, and from the discussions with the BoD possibly Allenby's lead/fault, is that there has been an intention to do this since January at a fixed level.

And beyond 7p when the 'see no reason' RNS came out to stall a steadily improving share price that was already there then, is not what is wanted as that would deter the institutions they wish to attract in coming weeks and months.

This re-launch after the capital restructuring and closing out of legacy debt issues is meant to go well from the off, not badly. Say 8p and 160p as it was a fortnight ago and we fall on Tuesday at the start by 10% sends a bad signal IMHO.

Like capital raisings the big boys must have their pound of flesh. We can see value well into two pound level range post restructuring and it makes it an easier, and more attractive sell to institutions. Just my opinion.

As we stand we are set for 132.5p and that is fine too I'm sure.

Just not letting it go above 7p, and who can argue with that as it keeps getting held when the balance of sensible valuation with added news and income for June doesn't indicate anything down!

Of course it is being held back for the vote, they wanted a reasonably attractive launch price to encourage the backers they're after. Usual games.

I expect that the board will be placing urgent calls to the MM's as currently their '7p' plan is not working or maybe they have fixed it with the MM's already .... yeah and the Americans never landed on the moon either.

I will be more interested post consolidation as to actual NMS and what the MM's will let you buy and sell. The free float of shares will be very small indeed.

Capital preservation and 16 monthly gains out of the last 17 months. We all have our own strategy and these will be easier to buy next week. Still a huge fan and YES I could easily get caught out and pay more. Still have a load in the SIPP.

I've sold 200k, take my chance again next week. Made some new overall personal gains so happy to lock em in. Lack of buyers and pleased to get 6.66 for 150k Sorry guys. I'll be back when the spreads 5p.

As forecast, 7p for 140p.

Hence all that hassle back in January. They knew what they were intending to do, and at what valuation, from the start. No secret buyers just a good forward thinking and planning BoD.

What a change and long may it continue. Load up if you can for June!
