I'd take 14p, what do the board think it is worth... it seems to ne this is a slam dunk... this is an early stages exploration play... take the money

Bottom line is shorters can't believe this offer, and trying to denounce this...obviously they want to get out (damage limitation) before revised offer comes in!

For a person that doesn't believe and doesn't own shares you are desperate to keep posting here apfindley.
I know you as a good poster on Bres and you would be the first to shout down the type of thing that you are doing if the same thing was happening at Bres.
Take the day off ffs!!

We've see this sort of thing many times.Usually boards don't disclose the name of the non existent other party, citing confidentiality. But really, who has even been able to find a shred of info about this sec capital. Its seems to not exist. This needs investigating....otherwise savvy investors may start to assume its a fictitious name made up by a group of stock pumpers (and likely names we've heard of on here and at the other place)

How can a 'very preliminary approach' which the BOD admit is not even an unsolicited offer, then be rejected even though its not an offer, and then an offer period be opened? It really does NOT add up.

If you have an offer at that premium for a pre revenue company, for management, it should be an easy decision.Cash

An indicative price = in shares equating to that price, and from an unincorporated company (a group or entity looking to list in the US?) so was only at the drawing board stage. Rejected by the Board in any case. Today's buyers are very brave imho

Also they state its not even an unsolicited offer, its only a "preliminary approach".So if its not even an offer, why do the need to invoke an "offer period"It just doesn't add up.

If its a genuine offer why is not reflected in the price...? And why so much selling...? Market smells a dirty rat
