10/12/2018 08:21 | Why have Coro got something in Sarawak and Upland hasn't? - all of UPL's so-called "hard work" and contacts hasn't yielded very much there really. | 2prsimo
10/12/2018 08:15 | It can only realistically be positive news, things moving forward and as soon as they start to drill then things will really start to get interesting. Did someone say previously that a +ve drill with Wick is worth 57P to our 40%, almost a 20 bagger! | tburns
10/12/2018 08:09 | Looking forward to seeing the presentation in person for a change. | yogaboy
10/12/2018 08:07 | That there may be Jaba but Coro have announced more this morning than we have, apparently, achieved since April 😕 At least it suggests there is some movement there. | soulsauce
10/12/2018 07:52 | TylerI think we can all assume there are other deals and not just one available. | thejaba
10/12/2018 07:51 | CORO getting a deal with Petronas in Sarawak?? | tyler90
10/12/2018 07:48 | Unless the presentation and Agm have something new to say I would doubt it but I live in hope. As the Agm is at 2pm it doesn't leave much time. | soulsauce
10/12/2018 07:39 | Big day today. Will there be a late afternoon rally post the AGM? | nlmbidc
09/12/2018 14:03 | Nimbid Thats fair enough but this outfit will need, imvho, more cash after Wick. My other point was aimed at the risk of conformity. Risky shift. How much money will be left after Wick do you think? | gunsofmarscapone
08/12/2018 20:54 | Yes Tyler it appears things are going to kick off soon. May be wrong of me to say this, but what gives me the most confidence about Wick is the fact we wanted a piece of it. Not sure if that's verging on narcissism or not! Anyway, just a reminder... We have calculated that on the basis of the lower in place resources estimate, a recovery factor of 30% and an estimated NPV per barrel of recoverable oil of $14.79, Wick could be worth $485.9m net to Upland on an unrisked basis | throwingmuses
08/12/2018 19:55 | ENSCO 72 is scheduled to set off for Wick on Tuesday next week which has been confirmed. Also Wick is not a blind drill from seismic alone. Geology under the sea is seen above the surface too. The Caithness cliffs lay bare the stratigraphy, natural fractures & hydrocarbons. Bitumen-rich stone used in construction and a source of tar for boatmakers over centuries.I think a buy order for Monday morning seems an attractive proposition even for short-term traders. | tyler90
08/12/2018 19:18 | GoN Nobody cares | nlmbidc
07/12/2018 14:51 | Innovation just arrived and pulled up very close to Ensco72 :O | yogaboy
06/12/2018 09:35 | Buying opportunity. Just dropped a little | snickerdog
05/12/2018 17:59 | Can someone point me in the direction of the gross arithmetic errors? | henrymcivor1
05/12/2018 17:54 | Don't worry soul, it's what GOM does... he does like to waffle without really saying anything lol | robpuguk
05/12/2018 17:19 | If you say so 😕 | soulsauce
05/12/2018 16:49 | Not necessarily soul, various companies are connected via licence sharing: sometimes useful information can be gathered by listening to why people made certain deductions. Regrettably that was not the case here, neither was there any openness to well mannered critique. Having pointed out that there were posts which were sub-numerate nobody seemed to take any interest in where the gross arithmetical errors were. That in itself is highly instructive. Evolution rules I suppose. | gunsofmarscapone
05/12/2018 15:43 | Good to see you lost interest GoM so you will have no more need to post. | soulsauce
05/12/2018 14:23 | 585,512,060 shares giving an MCAP of £18,150,874. Paying 53% of Wick cost. Speculative exploration companies need to raise cash. Don’t know why everyone freaks out about this. I trust SS to do what is best, he’s done it before. | henrymcivor1
05/12/2018 13:53 | Not tied, weeny type holding. I have minimal details or indeed interest in Boil’s history. There is no need, there position is extremely good based on the two primary prospects and the cash V mcap position. I was testing the water here to see if anyone could make a case for Upl, some pretty odd numerical reasoning though visible on previous pages. Confusion about shares in issue, cash, mcap, effect of future pseudo placings, I could go on but lost interest now. An intelligent and honest CEO from the clips which I have seen, quite refreshing for a junior E and P. | gunsofmarscapone
05/12/2018 13:03 | Are you still here GoM, you obviously have a continuing fascination for Upl yet tied yourself to the excellent management at Boil. | soulsauce |
