The most interesting part of the presentation was the preparation of a CPR fo SAOUAF.

It tells us quite a bit about the potential.

Nonsensical to be concerned with cash position. If or when we need more cash it'll be for a project designed to add value to shareholders not reduce it.
Sensible for a LTH to panic sell, fill the board with nonsense in an attempt to get back in lower?
If that's what is going on, poor show. If that's not what's going on and there's no interest in ever buying, I'd be even more concerned by your presence here!

Soul, don’t worry, the boards are for all interested individuals. Give you a quick example, an investor (LTH possibly) is concerned about the post Wick cash position and decides to sell the lot and post here. Perfectly ok, as it is to be watching but asking questions.

Dont forget, a person who is ‘in’ might have a spreadbet, not shares. Atb.

Cash injection. Considerable VAT return due from Wick. £3.5M loan facility on attractive terms available as and When IF desired from EXISTING shareholders with vested interest in share price appreciation. Stunning prospects I might put my backbone into it and get some more. I’d put my clingfilm into too but the Mrs says she needs that to wrap my butties

They can't give much away at the AGM that is not issued as an RNS.

But if you attend you generally get a lay-of-the-land view of what's going on.

Hi guy's,

It seems to me that Brooke Dockyard and Engineering are highly respected by both "Petronas" and "Petros" So with that in mind, and our MOU with BD&E, this must surely be a win win situation for us at UPL. I don't think it matters one jot as to whom we (UPL/Brooke) have to apply to for permits/licenses etc, whether it's Petronas or Petros they will be granted, end of. There must be news due on the Tunisian front too! Surely we must be good news later from the AGM,let's wait and see!

Soul, of course they have pics both of a meeting at Petronas and also Petros on the same day. Petros was the Sarawak government arm and it wasn't formed from my memory to seek approvals from Petronas in doing its own deals. Saying that, Petronas are holders of many blocks including both exploration and discoveries so i'm sure there would be discussions with Petronas if we were after any of those.

Coros announcement is a joint technical study with Petronas and an option for a future PSC with them.

Worth noting that UPLs MOU RNS in April 2018 was with Brooke and is the 2nd State entity involved in the upstream oil and gas sector (Petros being the first).

Move forward to those pics on 19th October and UPL were meeting the other state entity Petros.

I thought the whole point of the Sarawak/Brooke-Upland collaboration meant it was themselves alone and nothing to do with Petronas.
