Don't quite agree with your response on sarawak, the Petronas issue is a problem from now & needs to be fully resolved, before they start offering contracts to other oil& gas co's.

Most Exploration CoS sit around 10% - 30% - still 65% chance of failure.

I have been invested in UPL since last year.
