At the end of the day life is more important than anything else on this planet, so take care of one another so we can live to fight another day.

It's not too late Franco to be lean, they have been lean for a while.

What was too late was getting the company cashed up and strengthening the balance sheet.

This company has been a basket case for a long time. The only way to prevent it from being as dead as the Monty Python parrot is to try and see this out with the cash we have.

For those thinking it's just UPL ASOS has dropped £20 pew share since January. Every stock is affected.

The Tunisia news was expected years ago.Nothing so far and the good GP has already walked away.Surely he knew a lot more than us

Those contributing to the fundraising clearly thought it good value at 0.9p (as did I having brought at that level also) World events have contributed to where we find the share price today and I'm still happy to accumulate at this level and below if the opportunity arises.Sounds as if next news is likely to be Tunisia hard to say how much that will effect the share price but long term 2 TCF is going to be worth multiples of today's sp

Got a feeling that this will be dropping lower as there is no appetite to buy shares for the placing shares that need to be off loaded to the market

Hopefully UPL will survive this. Not looking for anything near term for sure now.

Should be soon..it is only 250k shares and not 20m or some absurdly large number that would need time to clear.

That £250k raise looks even more remarkable after the carnage in world markets overnight and today!

There is a lot in the pipeline. You can't go shouting about prospects that may alert other companies.

I understand that the company are looking at several (at least four) prospects outside of Tunisia and Sarawak.

They won't all necessarily get delivered, but even if they are, they won't be all at once.

A nice period ahead of us. Hold tight.

But would you believe it was an honest vision tyler?
Did we all not believe Dr.S in that last vox interview in August when he said news was close on Tunisia and Sarawak but couldn't say in which order?
It's not a vision we need it's solid news that has been promised for so long and not delivered.
A vision is not going to stem the share price weakness.

I agree that constant whinging on here is pointless but if the company are to release the annual report in the coming week, it would make good sense to give a honest vision of a pathway to achieving their aims and objectives. This 'updates soon' rhetoric has been going on for nearly 3 years and is losing favour with many LTH's

I suggest you contact someone at the company. You own a slice of it after all. Also go to the next AGM and ask as many questions as you see fit.

You, of course, could be correct but if they go to the market again before any news then they will not raise anything and all credibility will be lost for the board

Of course that is all they wanted. The plan is to increase share value considerably before any further raise.

There could be a forward looking statement next week along with the mid-term report - which came out on 6th March last year.

Tyler, do you really think they set out to raise only £0.25m, or could it be that they could only get £0.25m?

Sell your shares if you can't trust the top team.
