I feel your pain soulsauce. What are your grounds for believing that continuing to hold is not mistake #4?

You should be more optimistic soulsauce there is so much news to come.

Remind yourself why you invested here in the first place and then add the Asia Pacific potential.

Well then when you had the foresight a few weeks, you should have sold all of this stock too and you would not now be stressed out. Chill!

Soul sauce.
I agree 100%, I just hope they are better at digging sand than they are at being business minded.
Some of us are in here deep, and raising 1/4 mil at this time and under 1p does not offer much confidence.
Not my favourite share by along way, but with these funds at least we should see the summer out. Good luck everyone.

Because most of us did not and could not predict the outbreak of coronavirus and its global impact. As somebody has already mentioned, they are close to a line from reading in between the lines. I have been a critic of Optiva but for them to raise even this amount in the present markets is good work...they can still do better though! lol!

Missing the point a little tyler there I think.

We have known for a long time we were short of money. Why wait until now and have it fall at the height of coronavirus volatility.

Pathetic.

Not a big raise in the scheme of things. See the £250 as investment to get us a better deal in Tunisia, fingers crossed!

Can we believe any of that speech CP made at the start of his reign?

We won't raise until we have grown the share price significantly - lol.

And the rest reads much like before.

Tiny fundraise so perhaps they feel some real progress is close?

The elevator speech man. We've done it before and intend to do it again. Circa June 2018.

Surely there are better O&G companies trading in London, with better actual assets and still lowly MCs, than this pos? Even SS came to realise that eventually.

Yes I agree it might be foolhardy but I believe the COV 19 thing has exacerbated the fall, I'm expecting CP to buy some shares eventually, he's been busy flitting about hopefully making a deal or two and all those Asian investors must be really brassed off, putting more pressure on 'their man' to get something done. 6 months in I reckon the time is about right for news........hopefully positive!!! Ha

You're a brave man seroxat but sometimes fortune favours the brave.

I am not doing anything here until something is actually done as opposed to just fanciful words.
