05/12/2018 14:23 | 585,512,060 shares giving an MCAP of £18,150,874. Paying 53% of Wick cost. Speculative exploration companies need to raise cash. Don’t know why everyone freaks out about this. I trust SS to do what is best, he’s done it before. | henrymcivor1
05/12/2018 13:53 | Not tied, weeny type holding. I have minimal details or indeed interest in Boil’s history. There is no need, there position is extremely good based on the two primary prospects and the cash V mcap position. I was testing the water here to see if anyone could make a case for Upl, some pretty odd numerical reasoning though visible on previous pages. Confusion about shares in issue, cash, mcap, effect of future pseudo placings, I could go on but lost interest now. An intelligent and honest CEO from the clips which I have seen, quite refreshing for a junior E and P. | gunsofmarscapone
05/12/2018 13:03 | Are you still here GoM, you obviously have a continuing fascination for Upl yet tied yourself to the excellent management at Boil. | soulsauce
05/12/2018 12:54 | Morning Soul,Henry Wick is in cost terms, very much more than a sideshow! There is also some quite deep arithmetical confusion from various posters but not to worry, its not my fault. On another theme have you noticed how rare quality licences in functional jurisdictions are? Its possible that the very low OP ‘years of opportunity’ are pretty much over. Upl may have to make haste or be able to offer something special to a partner with more substantial financial assets. | gunsofmarscapone
05/12/2018 11:25 | ...things are starting to fall into place | richsif
05/12/2018 01:11 | Soul with all due respect I am referring to the companies beans, not yours. Of course if Soul has a strategy it is possible to make profit regardless of the well outcome. | gunsofmarscapone
04/12/2018 19:58 | If you want access to Colter you could do it through the equally well managed with better other assets UOG. Just my opinion of course. | soulsauce
04/12/2018 19:49 | I'd pick Colter over Wick as a single well option because of the GCOS. So going for boil has its arguments. | nlmbidc
04/12/2018 19:31 | GoM picked Boil over Upl 😂. | soulsauce
04/12/2018 17:50 | Well of course. | soulsauce
04/12/2018 17:23 | Depends which comes first, soulsauce. A Wick duster or news from Tunisia or Sarawak. GoM does have a valid point. This is no slam dunk. | divmad
04/12/2018 17:10 | On Wick success :- UPL: get 40% to split between 580 million shares BOIL: get 15% to split between 1,400 million shares RBD: get 35.4% of Corallian's 40% to split between 3,800 million shares First movements in Tunisia (2D) already funded. We don’t know how much, if any funds will be needed for the involvement in Sarawak. | henrymcivor1
04/12/2018 17:09 | No not really GoM and I think you totally missed mine. The way to play these is not to have all your beans on the table when the drill bit hits total depth. But this will not be a write off like many are if it strikes out as news from either of the other two locations will have this humming again in short order. | soulsauce
04/12/2018 16:34 | Soulsauce do you see my point? After Wick (if failure) the company are going to need some more beans pronto. This is how shareholders start to own less and less of their company, the share price will tank horribly if a duster so the subsequent loan note transaction is even more horrendous to the share price Just my own take on it. More beans will be needed to attempt deals in other nations. Still, a success at Wick will fire you guys into orbit so best of luck to you. GoM has gone for RBD as a medium size type holding and Boil as the puntvestment. The Malaysian and Tunisian potential deals too complex for this PI, there is a buttload of Salafists in Tunisia. Always been a dicey place. Even worse if you are an actual goat!* * due to the arid climate. | gunsofmarscapone
04/12/2018 14:39 | And on the subject of raising cash, here is the impact of previous placings. hxxps://snag.gy/aUIw | henrymcivor1
04/12/2018 14:34 | Company is fully funded for 2D seismic to start in Tunisia as soon as the licence is finalised. 2D data can be processed a lot faster. Licence area has historic data from scans and 5 wells. Availability of seismic crews should be good. P.S. Not AIMO, all been stated by SS. | henrymcivor1
04/12/2018 12:48 | copperpot I wouldn't be too hopeful on Hardstoft. Given the huge protestations to any land drilling now and if Upl get their other projects I doubt it will ever see the light of day and will gradually slip off the to do list. | soulsauce
04/12/2018 12:44 | Let's not forget Hardstoft. It's not going to be huge, but it will be a steady income stream when it comes on line. | copperpot
04/12/2018 12:16 | GoM the Wick drill is just slightly more than a sideshow for Upl. The main action and what many 'investors' are here for is sarawak and Tunisia. The former may need little in the way of funds depending on how deals are structured and we have a very willing backer in the country anyway. Tunisia initially will only need funds for 2nd or 3d seismic probably. But what you are failing to take in to account is that a deal in either country will see the share price much higher. | soulsauce
04/12/2018 12:13 | You seem to be forgetting about Tunisia and Sarawak, both of which can easily be company makers, so 3 enormous upside opportunities and we only need 1 to come off to be many multiples of the current SP, good odds in my book | tburns
04/12/2018 11:03 | This ticks all of the boxes for me. | ride daice |
