Yes, we need further news. H1 ends at the end of January. Maybe they are focusing on getting those numbers out but it seems like they don't do trading updates unless they consider there is fundamental news.

Worth remembering that EPS for H1 2016 was 7p and the current share price is 74p. Non exec directors bought in November at 93p.

But then I am a holder and the current share price is frustrating! I'm new to investing but they did get a share buy back resolution approved at the AGM. Is this standard?

There's been a big seller for a while. This mixed with low volumes and algo trades has driven price down to close to year low. It has started to revover slightly over the last few day and there have been some big delayed buys. Its hard to tell what is happening without further news, as you say. Rich

Now 74/76 heading back (imo) to break down through 1 year low.
I would have expected a Christmas Trading update by now unless a lot of stock "on sale or return" or waiting for stockist sell through data. On balance gut feel suggests may have had poor Christmas trading. Thoughts etc appreciated.

52 week low is 78.75p. its sure to get tested tomorrow.. if it holds then its good result for anyone paying 80p ahead of dividend. gla

200k share buy just gone through at 80p. Looks like someone else sees future value in here and will pocket a nice £7K dividend in a month!

Lol. Why don’t you say what you really think . It’s on a forward PE of 9, has a 6.3% yield and gives back half Of it’s cash as dividends. As for it’s profit surging just before the IPO it’s the same as next years profit forecast btw . So do some research ;)

local B&M store has alot of Goodmans products and some Salter branded products. Is Goodmans one of the brands UPGS supply? not the sort of place i like to shop its like a poundland store. but if you have a low budget then i guess its ok.

added a little today at 80p to bring my holding to a nice round number.

Checked stocks following my posts on October 1st Progress, Intempo, Salter and Russell Hobbs stocks generally similar to where they were 3 months ago except Beldray which seems to have increased ranges a great deal for example....


On B&M website in October there were 99 Beldray products now it’s 133 and on Argos website the move is from 23 to 48 unique Beldray products in the range

An investment company run by the owner of SCSW and his accomplice. It delisted and paid out 50p in the £1 on net asset value. Reason for not trusting SCSW for me, albeit they keep double mailing every now and again with their rubbish.
