Letmepass, your right what you say and everyone here thinks the same but they don't say it. we all want to buy as cheap as possible and sell as high as we can. sometimes it goes the other way and thats trading. someone has to sell so we can buy. GLA tomorrow as you have stronger nerves than me. This could go either way so all the best everyone and ill be waiting on the side-line's to get the best deal.

Hi Casano, the matter was taken to the Hong Kong equivalent of The High Court by Nan Ning Hai Li when Univision and Chairman Stephen Koo were sued for costs and losses. Nan Ning Hai Li dropped the case as Univision and Mr Koo agreed via the court that the original agreement would continue. Two other parties agreed to drop their bid and not pursue for costs.
My view is that the rise was overdone as only about 20% of the £38.1m is likely to become gross profits. Univision have no losses left to offset as they were used when the $3.95m loan was forgiven by Main. No sign so far of the 2nd largest holder unloading stock - might happen, might not - good luck.

Hi Jwoolley, thanks for the info, very interesting. Will try to get my head round it all over the weekend - quite a subject. Bernie's oil and gas company is very interesting. Away for awhile now, back in June. Filter posters who are bound to arrive on the scene with silly banter.

Note, in reference to Chinese investors. The MOU has already failed / expired in 2012, so raises doubts whether it will go through. Also 12 months will run out in Sept 17. With the share price rise and most likely further on Mon, the CEO may want to re-visit the MOU!

This is a big value contract for UVEL and I doubt they will bid for more work until they have a team in place for this one. Some limited fund raising may be needed early on though not all that much. Competition is keen on these Government contracts and pricing very competitive - note comments by Chairman Stephen Koo in the past.
The stock price depends on buyers and sellers coming in and therefore pointless guessing on AIM. Chairman Stephen Koo is selling 51% of the company to mainland Chinese at around 2.4p a share. That looks to me to be about the right price in the 2.5p - 3p range on a 6.5 year contract at £38.1m or just under £6m per annum.

Two contracts within 2 months.. What else is going to be coming out. The interim will be massive compared to last year..

jwoolley et al, no idea about Leader Smart Holding Limited LSH. Hived off from Univision it could one day be worth just as much. The uncompleted shopping mall is worth from £12.5m to £16m to Leader Smart. The Yellow Mountains Hotel resort is something I fail to fully understand though maybe worth £4.5 to £6.0 million.
That asset value at £17m to £22m is about 4.4p to 5.7p a share.

You guys all selling now.
Probably what you do when your sick of waiting.
Highest close since 2007.No wonder.
It's got guaranteed revenue for the next 5 years on that contract, at least.

I'm pretty sure at the time there was a fair few buying at those prices and pretty sure Noirua had a few that low as well. Luckily, I had only just got back today from some travels and probably would of sold earlier with the rise, but logged on to see price at 4.5p to sell, so it was a quick log on to sell the lot which split in two and got average 4.17p. So it was more fluke than anything else.

Jwoolley I thought this momentous day may see a rare post of yours! Well done to you! You have the lowest buy in price that I know of on here! It's a happy day in the Woolley household today indeed! What was your highest sell price? Well done to you and enjoy your victory.

You've made good profits here today. Put some into BPC where things should get moving soon as the new Bahamian government steps up and are pro-drilling. Massive multi billion barrel oil licence area. Got to be worth a couple of K's for a ride.

$38mill over a 6 year period. Not a great amount of room for much annual profit from that. Sounds impressive but doesn't warrant this sort of silly rise. Low availability for sudden demand has pushed the price. Everyone will exit with their profits either today or monday

Any ideas on the Leader Smart situation Noirua. Thanks in advance.

Hope you are well Bernie...!!
