Adorling, agree regarding UOG & ISA, and my buys yesterday were just that except chopping a couple of under performing shares in favour of what UOG will give me into the longer term future.

And todays RNS only reinforces to me what UOG will be giving us all in the near term, let alone the longer term.

Further to the announcement of 2 March 2018, the Company is pleased to report the commencement of seismic acquisition in the Walton Morant licence, offshore Jamaica. "Polarcus Adira", a vessel contracted to acquire 2,250km2 of 3D seismic, arrived in Kingston on Friday 23 March 2018. We will update shareholders on completion of the survey in approximately eight weeks. In addition, we continue to evaluate similar high impact licences in neighbouring regions, which we believe could offer transformational growth opportunity, as we look to develop our business".

Agree Maverick and only surprised by the apparent lack of interest here so far although, that also works well as I have been building a position here and increasing, like today when funds permit.

In the 6 or so months since listing the BoD have done a brilliant job to date and as the article implies, with plenty more upside in both the short & longer term to come, plus we almost a producer now already.

A great share to be in early with in the same way as we have both been with Asiamet.

Corallian farmout agreement

Update on Additional Farmed Interest

United Oil & Gas Plc ("UOG", "United" or the "Company"), the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the extension of an option over the right to purchase an additional farmed interest in the Corallian Energy Limited ("Corallian") interests in its southern UK oil and gas assets.

On 16 January 2018 United announced it had entered into a farmout agreement with Corallian Energy Limited, a private UK oil and gas appraisal and exploration company. Under this agreement United agreed to acquire an initial 10 per cent. interest from Corallian in each of three licences held by a joint venture between Corallian (60%) as operator and Corfe Energy Limited ("Corfe") (40%) offshore and onshore southern UK ("Initial Farmed Interest"), by way of paying 13.33 per cent. of the costs associated with the Colter well, planned for Q2/Q3 2018 ("Costs"). In addition, an option was granted under which United can exercise a right to purchase an additional 10 per cent. interest in these licences ("Additional Farmed Interest"), on the same terms as the Initial Farmed Interest (that is by paying Costs).

This option expired at the end of March 2018, but has been renewed to the end of April 2018 on the same terms whilst the company awaits the transfer of the assigned initial interest from the UK Oil and Gas Authority which is imminent.

United Oil & Gas Plc, Brian Larkin

"We look forward to the drilling of the Colter well. This license fits with our European strategy of building a portfolio driven by low risk, near term activity. We continue to look to build value and the extension of the option on this exciting play is important for our shareholders"

Oil and gas exploration activities being undertaken by the PCJ and Tullow Oil, which began with an agreement in 2014, moved into a higher gear with the initiation of the first-ever 3D seismic survey in the waters off Jamaica's south coast between the Pedro Banks and Portland Cottage earlier this month.

6.25 seems to be the level to break above:

Interestingly the breakout at ARS shows how quickly the price can get moving after a consolidation is complete and resistance finally gives way.

No idea where the overhang is from, duplicate book. But pretty sure one is there given all the buying, the offer not budging and the price paid throughout the day gradually declining - 6.077, 6.075, 6.0606, 6.06, 6.055.

If the buying continues then it will be eaten up in due course and price will be free to rise.

If the price breaks out to new highs then a lot of breakout buyers will jump on board and there could well be a swift move up given that the price has been consolidating for a while now.

Good to take a position now before the buying frenzy perhaps.

This was brought to my attention by a few mentions on the ARS thread. Looks really positive. Have watched today, and it is interesting you mentioned an 'overhang' cf456. Forgive my ignorance, but where is this overhang from? MM's seem to have a good line of stock at just over 6p available just now. Thanks in advance.

Constant buying today by the looks of it.

Just need the overhang to clear and then if the relentless buying continues, it's off to the races.

"United has made exceptional progress over the last twelve months assembling an
impressive and balanced portfolio of development, appraisal and high impact
exploration assets. Although the introduction of Acle to the company’s remit is
contingent on the exercise of an option at this stage, the successful execution of the
proposed deal has the potential to increase United’s fully diluted valuation to 15.4p per share.

It is very important to note that we have not yet included any potential upside for United’s Jamaican assets which, although early stage, have the potential to be transformative for the company’s valuation."

20:00 - "If you look at what we've put together in the last 6 months versus what we've raised in cash, we've raised 4.25 million since we listed and we have a portfolio now including Jamaica with an NPV value in excess of a quarter of a billion"

20:17 - "I've spoken to a couple of shareholders in the last couple of weeks and they're saying to me, oh look you know, we think you guys are going to be a multi-bagger. Well I don't think it. I think it's obviously clear that we are going to be a multi-bagger."

20:41 - "I know every CEO says their share price is well below what it's truly worth, but I think in our case it's clearly demonstrated. And Barney values the company at over 15p per share. And as you quite rightly say, he has excluded Jamaica from that number."
