Whether there is leeway in the lock in period or not the AIM rules stipulate that rns's must be released notifying of change of holdings for every 1% bought or sold above the initial 3% notifiable threshold. We haven't had any stating RKH have decreased their holdings. Case closed.

Both the NOMAD & Company state that RKH are indeed "locked in" and are not therefore selling but for all the buyers there are of course all the sellers hence why the share continues to hover + or - around the 3p mark.
