cpap I see you are still saying IF I am not the RTW when the rules are quite clear that you can't tick down on free membership.
I ask you again to check my profile as being a free member and remove the IF.

And so if it is not Rkh then who has the fire power? I do not accept the constant selling is retail investors.

Thanks 9tintin. I know I can go on a bit but only because I am sure something is amiss.

Read your latest posts soulsauce and my sincere apologies if you are not RTW

Both the NOMAD & Company state that RKH are indeed "locked in" and are not therefore selling but for all the buyers there are of course all the sellers hence why the share continues to hover + or - around the 3p mark.

Soul

If you have a realistic view point regarding how this share is performing, you will get "put down" by some on here ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Don't hold your breath when it comes to apologies.

Some are simply far too quick to judge.

cpap if you just take a few seconds to click on 'view profile' adjacent to my moniker you will see beneath my name it says FREE and not PREMIUM, that might have given you a clue before the spurious accusation.

cpap you really ought to think before you speak. As someone who gets red ticked so often on the boards you blame me who can not tick down as I am not a paid member even though my name remains blue. Good old advfn on the ball again.
You might like to apologise but I don't suppose you will
I have never played childish tick down games. As you know I am more than happy to stick my neck out and discuss, even if I am wrong, it's a point of view. Isn't that what these boards are about?
Maybe I should have added an exclamation mark like you so it sounds aggressive 😄

Thank you for the red tick soulsauce - my question however was a fair and reasonable one especially given all your constant whining about the share price. It was and indeed still is a bit of a "put up or shut up".

If you have not yet contacted the NOMAD and/or the company then I suggest you do so and pronto!

Well yes in actual fact (from 28th feb rns) its not a lock up for 12 months its stated as;

Consideration Shares held by Rockhopper in United are subject to certain lock-up and orderly market disposal provisions for a period of up to 12 months from completion.

If the orderly market disposal rules only apply for 12 months they must be able to sell in an orderly way during the 12 months or the statements redundant I'd of thought?

As I have said before cpap, someone argued very eloquently on lse that the lock in wording is open to interpretation.
Do you believe that PIs savvy enough and taking the risk to buy in such volumes are giving these up at £15, £20, £30 grand a time when it is so obviously undervalued?

soulsauce have you approached the NOMAD and/or the company reference the rumoured [by you and certain others] breaking of the terms of their [RKH] "lock in" by selling millions of UOG shares?

Back in to the 2's on the bid. I suppose it was that near 20,000 pound PI sell ;-)

Of course The Manini is right when he says 'selling at this price is like throwing your money down the drain'.
Even an eejit can see value here. Now I know 'some' retail investors might be eejits but most of them know value when they see it and I would suggest those who have been throwing 15, 20, 30 grand at the wall will kind of know what they are doing.
Of course a certain bigger or distressed seller(s) is unlikely to be so choosy when they sell.
Another conspiracy theory, make of it what you will.

Jason be careful of that sort of talk, it is frowned upon round these here parts. You will be accused of conspiracy theories next 😄.

You are only allowed to say it is PIs selling all these tens of millions of shares in to any news or volume since it relisted.

We broke clear yesterday of most of the resistance /congestion area, this looks like a standard re-test to me. May come back up in last few hours or if not we'll push on next week.
