Prepare the popcorn 🍿 : AMC opening more movie theaters

It's showtime! 😎🤩 AMC Theatres says it will have 98% of its U.S. movie theaters open on Friday, with more expected to open by March 26.

Shares of AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. are up more than 4% before the market open on Thursday 🙌.


Movie theaters all over shuttered their doors a year ago as the coronavirus pandemic swept the globe. While some movie theaters have opened over the past few months with limited capacity and enhanced safety protocols, the announcement by AMC to open nearly all of its U.S. theaters by month's end means more people will have more locations to choose from if they want to see a film on the big screen..

Yes Bantam does seem to be controversial this morning.Directors have sold all of their shares and the North Sea is going to run out of oil next year.

-Besides I can't see North sea having profits after this year-What a ridiculous comment.The Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) estimate for remaining UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) recoverable petroleum resources including discovered and undiscovered petroleum resources, remains at a significant level.

watching the interviews, I would guess the last thing on DB mind is selling shares.

Its all about to kick off, Biscathorpe planning in, wressle proppant OGA permission shortly, and EWT on West Newton could be starting work next week.. add to that another royalty deal in the pipeline, and £7m cash from placing untouched..

and of course you are quite correct, director buys and sells do have to be reported to the market. You'd never get away with that unless you were in charge of the company and the compliance checking etc etc

Am I right in saying they have 48 hours to report it anyway? Not sure about the timing rules. I never worked in compliance.

They wouldn't match exactly with rounding up/down.

I have no idea if it's their trades, I'm just an old cynic.

But a bloody sight more cynical since that last fund raise.

coincidence, yes, the two trades do not match exactly, and any dealings by directors would have to be declared
