bionic, indeed!
It was interesting to hear DB seem very confident in potential for 1000 bopd, but we are constrained to 500 by the planning. It sounded like we had to demonstrate we could operate the site responsibly without issue, and then apply for permission for the increase. I wonder if there will be further talk of a pipeline instead of tankers?

...so your suggesting “term based”.

Why do you think this little unknown factor...was left out & not disclosed in the RNS?

To state the number of years or term duration (...is not difficult, especially when Bramhill had disclosed all the other common dominators!)

Instead...I am getting guesses, assumptions & insinuations ! 🥴

Useful read as remarks give an insight to the timescales necessary for procedures to
actually happen..... removes people’s expectations!!!

Maybe they want to buy in on a royalty on my old council house.
50% royalty would bring in about the same amount. LOL

If anyone can spot it (...then please, by all means, tell me!)...otherwise again:

DAMN THESE “SKETCHY”; RNS’s ! 🤦‍a94;️☹️☹️; And damn Bramhill for not disclosing that particular parameter, when he had disclosed EVERYTHING ELSE about it !!

Well...is it “term based” Bramhill...or is it “Life Rights” royalities ???

I don’t think that is disclosed in the RNS...😕 or in your video interview ! ☹️

🙇‍a94;️ There are two types of assets available on the Royalty Exchange marketplace.

Investor collects royalty income for the lifetime of the underlying copyright (Life of the creator PLUS 70 years).

Purchasing a Life of Rights asset gives you the right to collect royalties for the duration of the copyright while you continue to own it. For copyrights created after 1977, that duration is the lifetime of the last living creator plus 70 years.

Because there are fewer opportunities to acquire Life of Rights assets, competition is often fierce. Life of Rights auctions on average attract twice as many bidders and three times as many bids as Term Based auctions.

👉🏻IRR rate of 129% !!!!

👉🏻£130k payback just after one year !...

💭💭💭 Then every year...(verbatim & as per David Bramhill video quote)...YIELDING a colossal 25%-29% !!!!

I make that from just £130k alone....an approx net income yield of possibly over £1million - £1.5 million or something & on a rough compounding basis !

🙇‍a94;️ I don’t think that is right neither...what’;s the “life cycle” of the asset in question ??? 💭💭💭💭 How many “years” ?? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

👉🏻 A royalty interest refers to ownership to a percentage of the resource or revenues from a field, without contributing to operational costs.

There has been a long-standing royalties agreement since 1976, which Repsol Sinopec became party to when acquiring Claymore and Piper from Eni in 2013.

Repsol Sinopec has not been involved in this latest transaction...
