24/10/2019 00:38 | ps, full asset value should be much much more than $1bn. | astralvision
24/10/2019 00:37 | I understand what you are saying and thought I'd answered it.There's no exact answer, clearly no one is going to pay $1bn for $1bn worth of oil.Figures vary depending on location, fiscal regime, infrastructure, cost of recovery etc etc.I would suggest a figure of $10 to $15 a barrel is achievable. Delighted to hear anyone else's take on the matter. | astralvision
24/10/2019 00:14 | I am well aware of the significant potential, what I am getting at is californiajoe's articles seem to suggest the asset would be sold at full asset value, hence ujo's £150m share, that doesn't make sense, so just asking what sort of discount to presumed asset value a major would expect (whether it's worth £1bn or £5bn). Perhaps one of the more experienced investors would care to comment. | likeawalrus
24/10/2019 00:01 | Do the maths , 31m boe just in gas, add in oil and, potentially, WN has multi billions of value.https://www.hu | astralvision
23/10/2019 23:42 | His estimate that the billion dollar/pound (depending one which of his articles one reads) will result in a £150m payday for ujo is based on ujo's 16% holding. BUT why would a major player pay £1bn for £1bn's worth of oil which needs to be extracted over a long period with all the associated costs and price risk? in my opinion it wouldn't, it's not logical. A purchase would surely be agreed at a significant discount to the CURRENT value. Does anyone know roughly what scale of discount a major would expect if the CPR states there is £1bn in oil at today's price? | likeawalrus
23/10/2019 23:03 | New from joe, although in the main repeats what is already expected but good to read: | maxwell

23/10/2019 19:52 | “Thank you” for sharing your voyage Walrus 😇 (...your transparency & honesty in this journey...is very much appreciated:-) 👍 | atino
23/10/2019 15:53 | wba1, I agree, lots of noise out there due to the absence of press releases. I bought some of my shares at .3 so sitting on a loss, BUT the information which was good enough for me to buy at .3 still holds true imho, patience, patience, patience...will be rewarded | likeawalrus
23/10/2019 14:49 | Plus, we’ve gotta...battle this dilemma...of having “12 billion” 😤 | atino
23/10/2019 14:45 | Why...”thank you for that CurryPaste” 🤗 Great opening sentences: - After the trauma 🤕 of Chris-LESS 😥 offloading his considerable stake in the company, the shares have languished 🤔💭 - We are looking good.. 3 rolls of the dice to come in quick succession. So correct me if he’s wrong here 😉💭 | atino
23/10/2019 14:30 | I am begining to despair of both rampers and derampers on this and other sites. On here we have the assertion that Wressle will be production ready in November. No it will not. It is probable that the inspector will not confirm a decision until early January (they never work fast even when it is black and white) and there will then be the need to build a production platform. So Q2 2020 is the very earliest for production. On the LSE site we have the astonishing claim that the recent presentations mean that UJO (and the other partners) already know what they have and are waiting to time the release of information. Do they not know the legal principle of price sensitive information - " The guiding principle is that information which is expected to be price-sensitive should be announced promptly after it becomes known to a director or senior management of the issuer and/or is the subject of a decision by the directors or senior management of the issuer." The key word is promptly. Whilst there is a grey area, it does not involve the sort of knowledge we are discussing here and elsewhere. UJO is a great little company (I hold 5 million now), but the bottom price is circa 0.2 based on the pre WN valuation plus the price RBD have paid for their increased share in WN. Market sentiment may push it a bit higher in the 20s, but a rerate will only happen with new and fundamental information, which I will continue to hold for. | wba1
23/10/2019 10:15 | Pssst (hey CurryPaste)...don What perhaps strikes a nerve more...is talking openly, about a company’s merits ? (I mean...) when you’ve collected dog tags along the way...(save grace)...and why “having it out” directly...with any other poster, anyway:-) 😉 💪🏻 | atino
23/10/2019 10:02 | ...“jump hoops” fella’s:-) [oops sorry meant “hope”] And all...totally dependent on the ...”good works”...your chairman...is to achieve 💁🏼 | atino
23/10/2019 10:02 | did you know that you can tick someone down, even if you have them filtered? not that I can be bothered with the tick system of course | currypasty
23/10/2019 10:00 | “Furthermore would expect the share price to be much higher as a consequence“ First of all dude...you have to claw back your losses (...recover back from the heights of 0.30 !) But even before that buddy...you have to achieve & clear pastures in between 0.25-30 !) And ONLY then [12 billion 😤]...(in “hope”). | atino
23/10/2019 09:47 | @bionic...thanks. | telbap
23/10/2019 09:24 | Fill yer boots time at this give away price.I guess the stock fell, rather unfairly, with the RBD fall due to the fundraising there.Should be back >0.3 just for starters, imo.1p longer term target. | astralvision
23/10/2019 09:24 | Furthermore would expect the share price to be much higher as a consequence | wisteria2
