Conclusion: A material placing from Reabold, underlining promising support for low risk appraisal plays in the UK. The majority of the investment will be directed to Rathlin Energy (£16-£20m), and more specifically, the West Newton discovery. The original CPR prepared 2017 for Connaught Oil & Gas, estimated gross best estimate gas resources of 189Bcf (31MMboe), with an associated NPV10 of US$247m. Two wells have been drilled on the West Newton prospect to-date (A-1 and A-2), with a major oil and gas discovery confirmed in the Kirkham Abbey Formation that is potentially one the largest hydrocarbon discoveries onshore UK since 1973. Clearly, this is good news for Union Jack Oil* (UJO), with the company having a 16.7% direct working interest in the field, therefore benefitting from success at the two further wells planned at the West Newton B site in Q1 2020, approximately 2.5km from the A site. These wells are optimally located to define the deeper formation Cadeby oil play.

So David is presenting on 16th in London. He isn't waiting for the Wessel news, but perhaps feels he has more than enough to explain. It seems to me that investors have been far too focused on RBD and as a recent got stung with a discounted placing. They appear to have overlooked the fact that we hold 16.6% of the WN licence direct which can't be diluted and on all accounts the CPR is going to make our current Market Cap. (share price) look very silly indeed. Just need the hoards to wake up & smell the coffee. David will no doubt deal with the communication of this opportunity sensitively and appropriately. I bet the Directors wish they had the opportunity to top up but due to all the news flow, I guess they are in a "closed" period, unlike us!

Don't miss BZT about to multibag imho. Big deal announced this week worth just under 6mill againat cap of just under 2million. 3 bagger isn't it? Plus they have other assets to make this a 1 or 2p share. Even doubling from current share price makes it a bagger. Market hasn't realised yet.

Your point is irrelevant. All I have done is add up the various assets values, taking cash at face and other assets as valued by the market (through RDB and at min UJO price prior to WN). If you cannot accept basic math it rather exposes an agenda.
