29/9/2014 09:57 | So then, with the interims now out we at least know that contract news will be via seperate RNS. Results are as expected and show not only why the shares are priced so lowly but also just how transformational these contract wins will be to the share. | fido
29/9/2014 08:09 | Last day to buy these at these very cheap levels. | treacle32

26/9/2014 19:02 | Some of those trades have gone to a buyer and stakebuilder imo. The same one who bought 500,000 at 1.032p earlier this week. No way 1m in sells at 0.90p/0.93p today. Look at similar pattern on other days when trades have been going through at 0.90p and as stock becomes available being bought at 0.93p with MMs taking their cut. | treacle32
26/9/2014 17:21 | yes, 2 more trading days, we shall learn more. Good luck to all genuine shareholders!!!! | maysun

26/9/2014 15:05 | treacle how can one mug punter be so wrong about every stock ? | the stigologist
26/9/2014 14:14 | Treacle32, Save on school energy bills, freeing up cash for essentials. Supplying local homes with electricity via a grid connection. Teaching youngsters about energy efficiency and renewables. What Government could not see the logic in that. UTN already have a track record of supplying solar roof panels to schools and Akhter is well connected with the UK Government. If the initial finance could be worked out then this could be huge for UTN. | fido
26/9/2014 14:09 | It seems sells at 0.90p have been picked up at 0.93p by a stakebuilder today and in recent days with the MMs taking their cut in the process. | treacle32
26/9/2014 14:08 | Top find - you've really wet the appetite. Bizarre small sellers continues and someone has picked up large chunks. | treacle32
26/9/2014 14:03 | Treacle32, What government could possibly say no to this. Then just think of UTN`s government contacts and track record in this area. This too could be big for UTN | fido
26/9/2014 09:56 | Treacle32, After years of no updates on the websites, it now seems that Akhter has become very proactive in selling his products using new media. That ties in with Akhters global ambitions for product sales. People moan about this company`s past when it should be its future they should be thinking about. Waiting for contract news. | fido
26/9/2014 09:30 | If the contract is from KSA, its possible to merge Silicon, Utn and GTek to move the project forward. | maysun
26/9/2014 09:03 | PGR another treacle disaster | the stigologist
26/9/2014 08:59 | Greengrass3, And ofcourse to raise cash on the market you need a good story to sell. For the moment Akhter has chosen to develope the company through its own reserves and has not shown any inclination to raise cash but of course if the right deal came along and it needed to scale up quickly then it would not be out of the question. However like you say, the easiest way to raise cash is through the stock market and that is where the logic of a reverse takeover of UTN comes into play. | fido
26/9/2014 08:51 | Mr Younes Kamar Maamar who was the Moroccan who worked for Silicon CPV resigned on 20 Feb 2014 so I think a deal in that country is no longer going to happen. Silicon CPV balance sheet is not strong enough to support a substantial contract (see below) Balance Sheet FIXED ASSETS £2,369,554 Tangible Assets £421,613 Intangible Assets £1,947,941 CURRENT ASSETS £464,628 Debtors £448,040 Cash £16,588 TOTAL ASSETS £2,834,182 CREDITORS/LIABILITIE Amounts falling due within one year £3,301,215 TOTAL ASSETS LESS CURRENT LIABILITIES £-467,033 To raise any money it would have to come from the market via UTN listing, also consider a management buy out of Cognito software who have kept a good independent management structure in place or a sell off to a rival looking to grow their market share in a niche market. Remember UTN are in the 2nd phase of a 10 year plan, after the first 5 years they hit(slightly exceeded) their mid term stategic targets, they are not pressing the panic button on the share price; its all part of a longer term pension plan. If you invest early it may become a nice pension nest egg for you! | greengrass3 |
