Anybody think that a de-listing is in the offing? I believe that Cairn Financial Advisers are well versed in the practice. There appears to be very little market for Utn and imo fwiw it's going to be difficult to raise equity

Akhter has big ambition for Green energy.

Ideally, dump e-bike, spin off Cognito, merge with Silicon CPV + Akhter Solar+ Gtek, at the same time raise fund to accelerate growth. Also change company name to Silicon CPV.

All the ingredients are here, it's up to Master Chef Akhter cook up a successful recipe!

Last years interims brought a flurry of updates and over the years the CEO has always given comprehensive details of current and future business; very strange that these set of results have nothing. I was looking for another page to read! If the deal involves Green energy dump the electric bikes, they are a drain on cash.

Not only that. It is also very odd we get no mention about others like Renewable heat pumps and progress on the Oasis installed at Pilansberg.

The company is losing £70k, why spend the extra money to appoint an advisor and a broker separately?

The company accepts that the company website needs updating, but all the effort has been on The Silicon website?

There is absolutely nothing in the Interim that gave reason for late reporting, why wait till the last moment to release the report?

I suspect something is going on in the background, don't know good or bad till we learn more. The tell tale signs are there for anyone care to look, let's hope we get some good positive news soon!

Ignore the new market maker on board at your own peril. Why now? Only a week after new advisors appointed. Why new now? IMO reverse Silicon CPV into UTN and instituitions will soon be buying big and MMs expecting alot of activity.

If volume is low they reduce the number of market makers on stocks.

Me too Barrie.....sadly I am going back to my old post of imho 'being 'shafted'. I have totally lost confidence and can only think of a personal capital loss on my portfolio. All hope has finally been dashed :-(
