Posted at 03/10/2015 18:18 by barrie16 Greengrass3Mughal hasn't been working for UTN shareholder benefit for many years. It doesn't look as though we will gain by the sale of cognito that is not right. I thought Cognito had grown over the last few years and was making a profit? Mughal will benefit and the small shareholder will be shafted. Was MAYSUN part of the UTN setup that's what I would like to know???? |
Posted at 23/9/2015 22:24 by barrie16 StigologistI think Maysun and fido were part of Utn |
Posted at 10/7/2015 06:54 by barrie16 Has anyone any idea what's happening at UTN?? |
Posted at 19/6/2015 19:59 by gnnmartin The AGM is on Monday, but with a start time of 10:30 I doubt that there will be any shareholders present, other than those employed by UTN. :-( I had planned to go until I saw the time. |
Posted at 12/5/2015 18:00 by barrie16 The management of Ultima have done nothing for UTN for the past fifteen years. they should be ashamed of their record at Ultima Networks. The Stigologist... I wouldn't be surprised if Maysun abd fido were connected to utn. I don't think Fido is the same person who started this BB. |
Posted at 12/5/2015 15:13 by gnnmartin You took the words out of my metaphorical mouth, zedman. That is an impressively bad set of results. The amortisation of the IT division surely deserves a word or two of explanation. It looks as though UTN have decided to write off a lot of development, but if that is the case, why not say so? And if it is not, why the sudden jump in amortisation? Sadly, this is one to forget. :-( |
Posted at 02/4/2015 23:22 by barrie16 Zedman1 I too have tried quite a few times at emailing the company, as you rightly said no courtesy whatsoever. Professor Mughal doesn't give a toss about investor relations. He doesn't put any news out. What's been happening in the company??????? I have followed this company for years, and can say they've done nothing to increase the share price. I suppose the excuse for the poor figures(I assume they will be bad) in a few weeks time, will be the recession in Europe. |
Posted at 25/9/2014 13:07 by fido Treacle32,One of the positives for UTN is that its success does not depend on the signing of a single contract but in the take up of solar in everyday life. On the contract side of things, UTN are involved in numerous talks in a number of countries and that is why it is not logical to wait for the proof of the first signature as UTN have irons in a number of fires. As for the take up of Solar, I think we can see that happening on a daily basis in our own lives and yet in the underdeveloped world the opportunity is huge. Akhter is open for business on a global scale and that is certainly not reflected in its share price Sooner or later the market will wake up to the potential and when it does the reaction in the share price should be spectaculsr. |
Posted at 06/9/2014 13:49 by fido UTN is currently valued as a company that is never going to make any money. That is the gamble. Just one of these contracts signed has the potential to transform UTN`s earnings let alone all of them with further potential thrown in for nothing. What you are paying for today is a company that has not produced a profit of any real value for years. That could be transformed in a single day with news of a contract win but the share price will have reacted way before the market opens so you either see UTN as a dead duct that is fully valued OR one that is vastly undervalued based on contract wins. That is the gamble. Once that risk factor has been removed by the MM`s then the share price will be a multiple of where it is now. |
