How do you get a placing away when you involve the PI's in a share that is constantly dropping? 50% discount anyone.

The first commitment well, currently planned to appraise and flow test the Basur oil discovery, must commence drilling before 27 June 2021.

DDSPP purchase is expected to occur on Friday July 2nd, 2021

Loxley appeal public inquiry scheduled for 27th July 2021

Looks like UKOG have made a special effort to be open and facilitate viewing and participation in the GM.. The sort of effort you might expect in Belarus .

Based on initial advice, we are seeking support from shareholders accounting for 10% of all shares in issue. We will appoint a panel of 3 shareholders + 2 industry experts to interview candidates for each of the 3 roles. Applications for candidacy to be accepted once we have reached 10%.

We are now pursing 3 resolutions to be heard at an EGM, as follows:

Resolution 1: Pursuant to section 168 of the Companies Act 2006, that shareholders vote to remove Stephen Sanderson from his role as CEO and with it his position on the board of directors.

Resolution 2: Pursuant to section 168 of the Companies Act 2006, that shareholders vote to remove Kiran Morzaria from his role as Finance Director and with it his position on the board of directors.

Resolution 3: Pursuant to section 168 of the Companies Act 2006, that shareholders vote to remove Allen D Howard from his role as Chairman and with it his position on the board of directors.

We will appoint a panel of shareholders to interview candidates for the roles aforementioned. Update: Following feedback from a number of PI's, we will not be considering David Lenigas as a potential CEO, FD or Chairman.

We have made initial contact with Lanyon Bowdler LLP to arrange legal support to pursue our intention to have Stephen Sanderson (CEO), Kiran Morzaria (Finance Director) and Allen Howard (Chairman) voted off the board.

We also have offers from two other experienced people to help the campaign to oust the board.
