No way will AME want or be able to buy into UKOG. Look at their history; its not been all roses. They are a modest player.

If AME had the resources to develop Resan all by themselves they would not have had to search the world for a cash partner.

I think AME's normal partners were not super excited about the prospect and passed.

AME have UKOG frontloading all the risk with this first well; a no brainer for AME.

At best I am thinking one should look at other finds performances in AME's portfolio; its not very pretty; from 20 barrels a day at one discovery to 350 barrels from EIGHT! wells. Goodness knows how much they spent on drilling and their have been failures too.

Sanderson is manoeuvring us into the sights of AME - very cheap - if they want UKOG that is or just its money.

Don't forget they could spud at any time but I do have my concerns about some of the wording and the availability of rig. We have heard nothing from E.Sadak. It was a toss of a coin decision for me.

With the share price slipping everyday and still a couple of weeks to the vote ; 0.1p might actually end up being the price.

Time for another RNS from UKOG with the sunny first line ;" UKOG is pleased to announce"

No matter how useless the content; its bound to lift the share price.

Maybe an update on how well HH operations are going.....or maybe not.

If Rodders were to succeed in getting all three removed; where would that leave UKOG and on going operations?. Has anyone credible replacements.

Had a look at AME's page as per you link.

Not sure if the photo with the comment "It still doesn't look upright." was meant to be taken seriously. Its obviously pouring concrete for the pad; , have used same equipment for a project.

Think it's about time SS was forced out what he's done to this company is nothing short of a disgrace. He hasn't even had the decency to invest a penny of his own money and screwed up everybody else's .From a high of 11p to this is a total disaster ...... well for the invested it is but for the bod it's heaven, fancy earning over £666,000 for total incompetence.
