I fear that the main grounds for appeal listed in their RNS are not worth the effort and expense. They can complain until the cows come home that the planning officer approved their application but it won't wash. Planning officers exist to give a professional and legal opinion to the planning committee who are under no obligation whatsoever to follow the planning officer's recommendation.

In my frightened world I avoid tin pot oilies,miners as an investment case.i buy and sell the frenzy,because the money,unless you'd like to tie up cash for years with no reward is often a casino stocks M.O.....to take and not give. But i will live and learn!
