"You are not a nice man and have become an embarressment to those around you. That is why certain people no longer get in touch."

How embarrassing for HCA.

"ou are moced" - he won't like that - if he understands it.

cyan,

I think he meant to say:

"I acknowledge the concerns of private investors about 'dilution' of shares in the Company. However, it is my view that, particularly in these financially uncertain times, raising funds from equity remains the most prudent and only feasible way to fund my salary cheques that can add substantive growth in the asset value of my bank account."

"It will nbe interesting to see the details,"

There is always a big difference from the headline and the detail. I await seeing details around brownfield development and any non-residential clauses, that might be tagged on the back of the relaxation for residential. HCA, you do have some prolems if you honestly beleive people think in the terms you ascribe. There is meglamania in you, bigot to women and contempt for those you cast below you. You are not a nice man and have become an embarressment to those around you. That is why certain people no longer get in touch.

If you read the PM's message it has FA to do with planning for oil fields FFS. Since when has flats, houses, homes and commercial buildings ever been related to an oil field site?
No doubt if the fool said 100 holiday home portacabins turned up you would be calling it Butlins before they got through the gate.

They have just issued a clarification - it is the central heating needs of the back bedroom of 34 Pucklechurch Lane. In the summer. A very hot summer.

They knew that PP for Loxley was crucial to provide the figleaf to the utter success and embarrassment that was the "results". Now that the cat is out of the bag that HH is barely a puddle the new cry will be "It is all about Loxley". The claim now is that it will be a resource of "regional importance". When asked how regional they were very precise in their reply noting that early indications are that the gas could provide the ENTIRE energy needs of 34 Pucklechurch Lane for an entire week - if not two.

So all to play for.

Will massive relaxation of planning rules help UKOG? It will nbe interesting to see the details, will Areton even require a hearing?

You can not say you have not been warned repeatedly and the RNS makes it clear;

UKOG can not go on without more placings;

"I acknowledge the concerns of private investors about 'dilution' of shares in the Company. However, it is our view that, particularly in these financially uncertain times, raising funds from equity remains the most prudent and only feasible way to fund projects that can add substantive growth in the asset value of the company."

"...the resultant liquidity of our stock, that has enabled us to raise significant funds during such troubled times. This liquidity is a valuable tool..."

Sanderson could not be clearer; he is relying on shareholders to invest even more in excess shares. The man has delusional dreams of grandeur and unrealistic empire building ; unable to focus on successfully completing one project he's flitting from one drill dream to another..

This company is losing money hand over fist. Every drill has ultimately proved to have been non commercial or botched in execution. Goodness knows how much is being spent on specialist interventions.

The record is appalling.
