Morning 25. What you expecting at opening with the yoyo finish yesterday. Being a tad greedy myself as I try to pinch a few more £'s before unloading my last grab.at .21p it's not a great risk but I'd rather be sipping a cold 1 at beach by 3pm than watching the monitor but hey,that's Aim for you!

Why did the ukog Official Twitter account tweete "BLUE SKIES at Horse Hill as UNICO LRP continues to pump away" at 1:00 pm today? At this point in time, the stock price is declining. After ukog tweeted, the stock price started to rise. And this Twitter has no substantive content, it seems to imply that something good will happen.

looks like there could be some property bargin opportunities in jaywick. put up some nice gates to make a compound, some 24 hr security, gut the row of houses, take options on the surrounding zones, some generous rents for a cafe and resturant, other compounds will set up nearby, riff raf pushed out up the coast. Yeah, bit of work but at those prices that could be a satisfying and rewarding project.
