20/8/2019 13:50 | The UK Oil & Gas (LSE: UKOG) share price closed at a new multi-year low of 0.83p on Wednesday 7 August. However, by the end of the week, it had climbed to over 1p and it’s kept its head above that level at the end of every trading day since. Is the market regaining faith in the prospects of this AIM-listed company, whose flagship asset is the ‘Gatwick Gusher’ at Horse Hill? Furthermore, with the shares having previously traded north of 8p in more optimistic times, could the current price of 1.1p represent a brilliant opportunity to ... | henchard
20/8/2019 13:31 | I always day trade penny stocks rather than anything illiquid like index futures, currencies or commodities. Distinguishes me as the true professional that I am. | kemche
20/8/2019 13:16 | still not volatile enough for day trading. At this rate I won't get a penny up before D day on the 11th September. | whattheduce
20/8/2019 12:03 | Yeah, straight to the FTSE100! | whattheduce

20/8/2019 09:27 | Totally agree kemche!! One notes a few posters are MIA! (that's what makes Amr's earlier post so funny!) Are we seeing WTD'S rozzer crew starting to feel collars here? I really believe 50% of posters on here hear are in need of a padded cell.only me,you and a select few left now kemche! Viva Stevie!! Hope that IoW ferry doesn't run aground on ukog's fault line!! Stop it!! Just stop it now!! | iammrweald
20/8/2019 09:13 | It's like the market does not believe a word that SS says! It's conspiratorial floomping is what it is. Someone should do something about it. I know AMR was consulting his lawyers and contemplating spreads in the weekend papers but he seems to have gone quiet on that lately. And as for the petition to parliament mooted on this forum - lord only knows the status of that. I suspect we may have less signatures than we did a mere 18 months ago as so many dear friends have gone on to newer adventures elsewhere. The sooner we move to the FTSE100 the better! | kemche
20/8/2019 09:09 | " as if they (trolls) are no longer needed to support the market makers in suppressing the share price" ????? WTF are you on Pikey Lord? Spending too much time in that horse drawn caravan ? Bid gaps tightens between ukog v angs! Were where's craYoN bOy? | iammrweald
20/8/2019 09:04 | Great race on between ukog and Angus, those Weald giants. Which 1 will attract a major 1st and which one will hit zero 1st? If you need a clue put up a chart,5 yr trend of both. You can see why the majors are circulating. Stop it,just stop it now!!!! he he | iammrweald
20/8/2019 08:58 | Do you spot the flaw/ stupidity of your "troll" post ARM? 25wbh. Dont be greedy, the share price moved up yesterday according to Advfn's biggest clown, craYoN bOy. Another rns destroys a week of nothing,sp wise! Get to work you cheapskates!! he he | iammrweald
20/8/2019 08:47 | My eyes say salmon pink! The relinquishment reports from Northern make good reading. | hans christian andersen
20/8/2019 08:23 | What about red trousers? | bionicdog
20/8/2019 08:22 | Basically a 9 month delay to Arreton. At least I don't need to check planning every day now. Holmwood on the back burner and they have been very quiet on a new location for them to drill from. I can see UKOG trying to get more of this licence. ALTWOOD PETROLEUM LIMITED 1.6% ANGUS ENERGY WEALD BASIN NO.3 LIMITED 12.5% EGDON RESOURCES U.K. LIMITED 18.4% UK OIL & GAS PLC 67.5% I am sorry to say I can see more placings coming. 10bn by the end of 2020 would not surprise me. Drilling is not cheap, nor are consultants and BoD's. | hans christian andersen
20/8/2019 08:10 | NOP drilled the IOW with "unlucky" rig 28 a few years back if anybody's interested. | bionicdog
20/8/2019 08:00 | Arreton delayed another year.Don't pretend you are not disgusted. More dilution coming. | ken chung
20/8/2019 07:52 | The only thing you can rely on now is for the oil price to be on an overall downward trend and increasing use of electric vehicles. | ken chung
20/8/2019 07:42 | Very happy to hear the IOW news, this will start motoring soon but I am taking a 5-10 year investment view. GLA Same with ECR, ITX,PPS, MSYS & PHC | ny boy
