what makes a stock a 100 bagger,how many years it takes, what market cap do they start at ( hint around £300 million and around £170 mill in revenues) what qualities you have to find , the ceo skin in the game(20% min) who ignores quarterly earnings!!, the low p/e that rerates, the potential market size oportunity, the use of capital by the ceo, share buybacks, low price to book,big growth in earnings for years( 30% plus per year min),

The planning application was submitted on 7 Dec

WTF, over 6 months later and we've still had no updated CPR.
