I think with only the one large buy the mm trying even the day but have very low volume to play with, therefore expecting adjustment to be slightly up on the day after close of trading unless they are hiding a sell, like they would do something like that.

UKOG's share price at market close on Monday was 1p.

On Tuesday, the company issued an RNS, celebrating "Horse Hill-1 Test Hits Landmark 50,000 Barrels of Oil Production" with SS asserting "the remainder of the year at Horse Hill now promises to be truly exciting and potentially transformational for both Horse Hill and UKOG."

UKOG's share price ended today at 0.95p.

Do people not believe SS or something?

Thanks cyan, so £5m cash on the balance sheet in the upcoming results was raised on the basis of -- and is there to be utilised for -- purposes other than developing/operating its existing assets.

I repost my April post 127036;

Am shocked. More dilution which, on the face of it was entirely unnecessary.

If we look back to last year and that £2 million fund raise


4.7.2018.

"This placing is intended for opportunistic investment to help deliver the Company's stated goal of consolidating and expanding its asset base in the WEALD BASIN. The placing represents an additional GBP2 million to the previously announced GBP10.5 million investment secured to deliver sufficient working capital for its core projects over the next 18 months."

So , what happened to that £2m? On WEALD assets £475K CASH was spent in PART payments.
Another £90,450 CASH in PART payment for the Arreton (IOW) extra interest.

Total CASH on acquisitions everywhere totalled £515 450.

Balance left £1,484,550. Lets round up to £1.5m for simplicity.

Why wasn't that cash used?

AND we had that subsequent £3.5 million raise since.

Fuels my suspicion that UKOG have cash issues.
