WTD,

"I still very much expect to make a silly amount of money out of this one day."

Could not agree more.

Totally silly amounts.

LOOKIN' FOR A JOB
(Matt McGinn)

cho: I'm looking for a job with a sky-high pay
A four day week and a two hour day
S'maybe it's because I'm inclined that way
But I never did like being idle!

I don't want glory and I don't want fame
I left school with a modest aim
I went to the Labour Exchange for work
Here is what I sang to the wee broo clerk

Now that, says he, is a rare wee song
To come frae a lad so big and strong
Through the door on the left and take this card
You can sing to the gaffer down in Harland's yard

I sang it to the gaffer but he thought me daft
I've never even heard such a horse's laugh
He gathered around him all his men
And as one big choir, they sang then

Their voices rang o'er the riverside
And it became the song of the Clyde
Its words were heard the whole world round
And it was known as the Clydeside Sound

wtd, to avoid stress, why dont you just own US stocks that trade in the US and the far east and have growing earnings per share, thats what i have done, no brexit stress.

and avoid penny stocks.

you will sleep much better, and without the need for daily dose of vodka.

all we need now is for gismo to appear and say good morning its dull outside and filtered.

I do look forward to that, i really do.

WTD, I have marked your post up as the very epitome of insight, erudition, and honest analysis. Your absence has encouraged all sorts of naysayers to rule the roost so I for one am glad of your return - guns blazing. It goes without saying that I concur with everything you have written. Paragraph 1 is a masterwork of sophistry that the ancient Greeks would be proud of. I doff my cap sir. Bravo!

Company RNS:"-- Fluid and pressure build up data gathered from the KL4 test demonstrate that the KL3 and KL4 are one single oil pool of 358 ft vertical extent. As a result, and as previously indicated, a decision was made to commingle both KL3 and KL4 production (i.e. produce from both sets of perforations at the same time)."

WTD nitpickery : "It looks like someone who shall remain anonymous has misinterpreted what the expression 'commingle' means. It is not that a flow from KL3 is added to a flow from KL4, it is that the sustained flow is from effectively a new zone called, say, KLx which is made up of KL3 and 4."

So the company itself says that comingle means produce from both sets of perforations, but according to WTD it means something else entirely. Righty ho.

All crystal clear. Nothing to see here. Move along now.

Remainers who are seeking to reverse the referendum result are growing in confidence and now a short leap away from getting Parliament to erase the result by removing no deal as an option. Bercow can be relied on to bow to the calls by turning more commons rules upside down. No deal is by definition of the content of the original government information leaflet and 6 months of project fear what people actual voted for. Removing no deal will be the most significant act of treachery parliament could ever do to the people. It would be the direct overturning of the biggest ever democratic expression in the country. No MP was returned to parliament in the last election to do such a thing. As it becomes apparent to 'the people', the civil disobedience will start - and continue. There will be significant violence in some places, there will be deaths. It will be impossible to avoid them given the gravity of deleting the referendum result in such a way.

Britain is about to enter a very dark age and the rest of Europe it going to be dragged down with us. Overturning the British result will be a signal that no democracy exists in Europe and the only way out is rebellion which will lead to war.

I want to know what will our armed forces do. Will they open fire on British people to preserve the parliamentary overturning of the result? Will they resist an invading EU force coming here on the pretense of wanting to maintain law and order? Will they be confined to barracks? How many armed forces people are going to stand aside and watch as the democracy they have watched their colleges die and be maimed defending be just turned over and thrown away.

All the trouble and confusion over Brexit can laid squarely at the feet of those who refuse to accept the results and have done nothing more than engage in a campaign of frustration and objection. Accept the result, accept WTO was the definition of the vote and get on with implementing it. Or else there will be trouble.
